They both are thorough, listen and observe well in addition to continuing to give me confidence that they are there to protect my health. Dr. Akkad did an emergency heart procedure on me in 2013 and I have continued to meet with them for proactive attention to my cardiac health.

I have always been extremely satisfied with Dr. Akkad, Katie Minor, and the entire staff at his office. I cannot find any fault at all with anyone there. I have been seeing him through 3-4 years now. I have been to 2 other cardiologists in the past yet after coming to Dr. Akkad I know I am "Home"! I also know that they all have my comfort and health forefront in their minds. I am not an "easy" patient. But they continually strive to keep finding a solution to my many " work around" until they've got just the right fit. They are so knowledgeable without putting themselves on a pedestal. When I see Dr. Akkad walk into my room at which ever hospital I have been admitted to ( due to moving and such) I literally have a total sense of relief. I know things will be done as they should be, now that he is there to sort through the problem with my health. Sounds like I've put the Dr. and his staff on a pedestal? YOU BET! Because they've earned that respect. Try them, I know you will not be disappointed!
