We are extremely fortunate to have a Surgeon of Dr. Ian Brimhall's caliber in the White Mountain area of Arizona!The wait time to get in to see him may be challenging. But the results are worth it!I have had two surgeries by Dr. BRIMHALL, and am very satisfied with his work!

Do you want a nice caring doctor?Do you want an unresponsive front office staff?Do you like long waits?Do you like to have your phone calls go unanswered?Do you want to wait a month for and appointment?Do you want to talk with staff that seem to not be medical staff?Oh yeah there are mooooooore questions.If you answered 'YES" to at least 2 of these, this is the doctor for you.Now here's a HINT, there are a couple of new DOs at SummitHealthCare.Gee, I'm really not sure of how many stars. 1 seemed too low, 2 seemed tooo high. The Office staff is what really is the problem here.

Brief answer to the question is NO! Dr. B is really nice and caring. Now his staff (especially the front office) is another thing. They do not reply to messages left, have difficulty understanding BASIC questions related to scheduling and procedures. The waits are always close to 45 minutes....just to get into the inner exams room. Then you wait maybe another 20+ minutes for a medical staff person to come it. I would normally recommend this doctor. But due to his staff, I'm suggesting that you may want to look elsewhere. Sorry Dr. B.

Really like DR. Brimhall. However; his front office staff is another subject. . Unresponsive. . Appear untrained. other probs: . Long waits. . Hard to get an appointments The 1 star is the overall rating. The doctor gets maybe 4 stars. But factoring in his staff, we are at 1 star. Dr. Brimhall, you have to work on getting your staff to be more efficient. GOOD LUCK!

Poor time management skills, poor bedside manner and disdain toward patients who won't allow him to talk over them. Poor office help, they scheduled me an appointment but refused to tell me the time and date. I apparently was scheduled for surgery tomorrow (after 3 calls trying to get information out of them) but dont know anything about it and yet the surgery suite has yet to receive the order from this office but his office is blaming the surgery center for the lack of info. My first appointment I left after an hour and a half only to have him call me 5 minutes down the road to YELL at me. Like what the fuck? I don't have a day to sit and wait for your arrogant ass.

very long Wait times 1hr to1 1/2 past your appointment time. If you leave they claim you missed the appointment not that the Dr. was running late by an hour to an hour and 1/2
