I went in at 2 for the therapy. Kaitlyn had me get on table. She set up the laser and said she’d be back in 8 minutes. The laser stopped after 8 minutes then I laid there for another 15-20 minutes with no one returning. My back was hurting so I decided to get up to see where she was. Open door and looked down hallway and saw no one. The check out assistant asked if I was done, yes but no body came to assist me getting off table! This is not good office practice. The staff is very congenial and busy so maybe a different system needs to be in place. Thanks for listening…

Started doing laser therapy treatments and am very pleased with results. In conjunction, I’m doing PRP shots in which the treatment process is comfortable non-invasive and professionally administered. Appreciate the caring and knowledgeable team. I would highly recommend laser therapy to anyone seeking a non-surgical option for pain, relief, and healing.

I am a 60+ yr Burn Survivor. This treatment is not really meant for what I needed. BUT my 1st treatment gave me AMAZING relief, I have been to numerous Dr's over the years to help me with the tight bands and scar tissue that pulls all over my body. This 1st LASER DID IT!! And all the others have as well!! This is a miracle for me.

Staff is caring and focused on positive patient results. After only 2 treatments, the results are noticeable and clearly better, with faster healing on my hip replacement wound compared to my other hip replacement wound, which was without laser.
