The initial dr I went to wanted to run $$$ of tests and something about the appointment made me uneasy. I went to Dr. Candipan for a second opinion (he is my brother in law's doctor) and was beyond glad that I did. Dr. Candipan looked at my data and my family history, listened to my heart and told me I was going to be just fine which was very reassuring. What I have is genetic and would actually have been irritated by the tests the other doctor want to do. I went back 2 months later to see him and my data looked even better since I was not stressed. Hearing him say I was born with it and will die with it, but not from it improved the quality of my life. I so appreciated Dr. Candipan's honesty!

I met him under an emergency situation in the hospital. I believe he saved my life. He was kind, answered my questions patiently and thoroughly. He will be my cardiologist now.

Saved my life, he a very professional and deals with issues calmly without exciting the patient. I have other problems besides a bad heart, he consulted with my other doctors as to not make more problems. I have been a patient of dr Candipan for many years and travel an hour to get to his office.

I am wife of patient. My husband had an appointment with Dr. Candipan after heart attack and he was seen by assistant ( what surprise) which released him from Plavix ( my husband has a stent). In 6 month my husband got second heart attack because he was out of Plavix. It happened 1 year ago. Be carefull. Checked first who is going to see you

I was to go in for a follow up visit. I made the appt, it was cancelled and changed. This didn't occur once, or twice, it has now occurred four (4) times. I am now changing cardiologists. Hopefully to one that will actually keep an appointment.
