The tech for my mammogram was great! I arrived almost 45 minutes early, I filled out my paperwork and she took me in right away. The mammogram was quick and used the latest and greatest equipment. Better and faster than previous mammograms. I do have to say you should read the terms and conditions when you fill out your paperwork on line. There are t & c’s I wasn’t comfortable with so I didn’t. It sounded like the site used was NOT Simonmed. Be careful! Don’t just check the box. Read the t&c’s first!!!

I have been told to arrive at three different times by three different people. The night before the appointment I was told to be on site at 7:30.They don’t open until 8:00Calling the office on the phone goes straight to useless automation.Using the links they send you to confirm appointment and notice if arrival requires account set up, again useless.I must say though that the staff once I was in where very friendly and helpfull

Came in for a chest x ray..lobby was full. I asked how long a wait..was told 45 mins....now going on a hour and a half ....took over 2 hours...they said their technician went to lunch..

Very busy but most efficient office! Staff is pleasant .....Technician was kind and didn't rush me which I appreciated. Tank you SM!
