The staff was exceptionally helpful and engaging when I made the appointment and when I was in the office. I'm not looking for new friends, but it's helpful to be seen as a person, not just another patient. Dr. Sacks is thorough and informative without lecturing, reassuring and "tells it like it is." He's personable and obviously well versed. I highly recommend his practice.

Never got to see him. Staff never returned my call. When I went in to schedule an appointment the lady was NASTY and RUDE!!!!!

I agree it is very difficult to get someone to answer the phone at his office, don't know why as I see many girls sitting at desks, someone should be able to pick up a phone. Otherwise Dr Sacks seems to be taking care of me fine.

This place ABSOLUTELY refuses to pick up the phone or return calls. I’ve called half a dozen times over the past month and no response. As for Sacks, my family member continues to go downhill and this guy has absolutely no suggestions as to diet or anything constructive. Just another modern coin mill calling himself a “professional.” Shameful.
