Have tried since June to get sleep apnea test, left messages, no call back. Finally reached someone who told me o need prescription from my primary not true. I already had a consult from sleepnettersouthwest excellent service there with office person Charlie, she had sent in a referral , she said she would send a second referral. I called back spoke to Jody no referral there via fax she stated. I said can't you please call Charlie at your sister office to confirm,? No she said we don't call for referrals blah blah blah , I hung up on her done with unprofessional rude office people guess they don't need nor at this point do they deserve my business, bye bye I will go else where. Worst medical office to date. All I wanted was an appt with Dr. Jani. They don't even derserve one star but seems it needed to be filled in to post!!!!!!

This is a terribly-run office with less than impressive doctors. The neurologist on staff is not knowledgeable; by the grace of God, I was able to get in to Barrow Neurological in Phoenix to treat my vertigo. The worst part about the office is that NO ONE ever answers/returns calls. It takes weeks to have prescriptions addressed let alone filled. Do not recommend!! We switched to Cindi Brown in Cordes Junction for primary care. She is great and worth the drive from Prescott.

This office does not answer phone. Doctor gave me the wrong medication. Consumer beware.
