Don't ever go to the Emergency room. They're understaffed, unorganized and highly unprofessional. They do not attend you in a timely manner have no patient care or concern. I could have literally died and noone would even have noticed. So if you have to go to an emergency room Don't Go Here!!!

Excellent care. Nurses and doctors, all staff are very professional. I was admitted quickly through the ER into a regular room. I was treated quickly and follow up. Care has been excellent.

If I could give this place a minus I would they don’t deserve anything. So unhelpful and argumentative terrible place I could not believe I asked them to do one thing to help me they couldn’t terrible they don’t deserve to be there. Such rude and disrespectful people. Don’t go there if you can help it.

6 years ago I gave this hospital a 1 star review. Sitting here today 5/21 its still deserves 0 stars. The ER staff is a pathetic joke! Laughing,cussing acting obnoxiously all well a child os crying and hurting elderly are here waiting. Its truly disgusting.

DIGNITY HEALTH UROLOGY =MEDICAL NEGLIGENCE AND MALPRACTICE 101. My client went into this office mess of a place and they replaced the urine bag on the wheel chair. This is supposed to be a medical office. This is how they put the urine bag back on the chair. They have the bag above the clients waisted so urine does not flow back into the bag properly and can cause a urinary tract infection. Disgusting people.

Attention patients! If you’re looking for an emergency room staffed with people who will ignore your concerns, make you wait hours for medication, and tell you they’re sending you home before you feel better and before they give you any of your test results, then you’ve found the right hospital. This place is a joke but it’s one of only two ERs in the area and they’re both the same company. Talk about a monopoly that allows you to do mediocre work and treat people like they’re less than human. I pray that none of you need to go here but if an emergency does happen…. Trust me your better off driving to Phoenix! I wanted to end on a positive note so I want to say that Jeff was the only person there that showed empathy (a trait these two emergency rooms very rarely show) so thank you Jeff! Also wanted to mention that they had the Sheriff’s office come by and do a wellness check on me because I left with an IV in my arm so that was nice of them (to cover their own butts) to check on me!!

I made a negative review previously, and I want to retract that I was skipped by three people but the receptionist was new and there was a just an error that was made the doctor was amazing. The anesthesiologist was amazing. The two nurses that assisted me were amazing and I would suggest a Dignity Health Endoscopy . They also left me a card which was really nice, and they treated me with respect and I did wait a little bit in the waiting room, however, the rest of the experience was amazing!

I came in via Ambulance due to injuring my left leg - ankle at Mortimer Farms on 4/17/2023. Amazing staff that helped me. to bad that I couldn't have more than one person in to see me and wait there for me ( ). I learned that I have a double fracture from what I was doing at the farm. I want to see my x-rays from the patient portal but I have to wait until 4/20/23 to see it.
