First time visit. Dr. Chun explained everything clearly to me, addressed my questions well, and offered a clear path for my care which was non-surgical, which I found refreshing, indeed. The doctor was cordial, and took charge of getting the plan for my recovery going right away. I left the office feeling confident in my recovery, and looking forward to my next visit with the PT to chart my progress.

I suffered a pinched nerve in my lower back 17 days ago. When I finally got in to see my primary care doctor who is a Nurse Practitioner I explained my intense pain and inability to sleep. She ordered a back X-ray and prescribed Tylenol. No prescription just Tylenol. Today I went to Granite Ortho to see my PA Mark who had at least ordered a steroid regiment two weeks ago. He advised that I consider an injection in the Sacro joint. He performed the injection and I feel much better tonight. The medical profession in Prescott lacks as a whole. Granite has renewed my faith. Thank you Mark and Melissa.

I got in for my appointment right away, which is unheard of these days. I was brought back for x-rays in the office before the doctor came into the room. The x-ray tech was very friendly. Dr. Simonson was great. He was friendly, listened well, understood my problem, and gave a cortisone shot to me in my very first visit rather than having me wait. I was so pleased with my experience, Dr. Simonson, and the staff at Granite Orthopaedics.

Dr. Bassett was horrible. Didn't explain anything. Was 55 minutes late for appointment and appointment lasted about 5 minutes. I asked for options to be written out to explain and they literally gave me a post-it note. Then billed me $327 above my insurance. I will not have them do anything to my body. Avoid Dr. Bassett at all costs!

Granite Orthopaedics' staff are great with their services and helped me through a fractured wrist recovery. One issue I had with my experience was that I was not informed of all the available options. When I received the bill for my wrist brace, it was over $150. Only when I inquired about the high cost did I learn that there were other, more affordable options available at the time. This lack of transparency was disappointing and could have been avoided with better communication from the provider. Other than that, my experience was worthwhile.
