The people here have always been very friendly and gone out of their way to provide me with the best equipment possible. When I was being fitted for orthotics, the technician went so far as to reverse engineer an effective pair of orthotics I had been using for years and produced the best pair of solid orthotics I have ever received through the VA.

I went in today to have my broken left prosthesis cable replaced and was told the upper arm guy has come twice in 2 years and was not here. The lower limb guy was here but refused to cut a short piece of cable and crimp two fittings on it. Sorry but this is completely unacceptable. Now I see why there rating is so poor. P.S. I asked for a referral and it took 25 minutes!!

I was supposed to go here to get a walking boot. I am currently in a cast that is to be removed on Monday. They have been pushing my appointment back again and again. Now they want me to come in NEXT MONTH even though my appointment to get the cast removed is in 6 days. They want me to come in 21 days after my cast is removed to have the boot put on! Their staff is very unprofessional and unable to do basic tasks.

Watch your money with these people! Call your Insurance Company before going in to make sure there is NO Out of Pocket Fee, if there is a fee check to see how much. They wanted me pay out of my pocket for a Hard Collar but my Insurance pays 100%. I stood my ground and did not have to pay. Know your stuff before going in. I also had to wait 2 months for an appointment to get the Hard Collar. Needless to say I had the surgery and waited to wear the Hard Collar, when I could have picked it up before the surgery and be all prepared. Not Happy With These People.

I have been extremely satisfied with my daughters care at the Hanger Clinic in Prescott, AZ. The front desk personal are always friendly and helpful. Mark Fick helped put my mind at ease when I learned that my infant needed to wear a helmet to help shape her head. Mark was very thorough when explaining the plan for my daughter's care. Mark was excellent with my daughter and thoroughly explained her progress at every check up visit. I was impressed with how I never had to wait but a few minutes in the waiting room. This establishment has an amazing staff that truly cares about their patients. The shape of my baby's head looks perfect. I appreciate all they have done for my baby girl.

The staff was incredible! Teri and Dean are both funny and attentive. I highly recommend this place; keep in mind that you may be there for over an hour while they wait for the insurance approval of the device. Make sure you bring an ID, insurance card if applicable, and your doctor’s order as they need them to proceed. It'll also help streamline the process. They said that your doctor can fax the order over to decrease your wait time if you can't wait the full time.
