I don't usually write reviews but Kelly, the medical assistant in the Prescott office, is extremely compassionate so I felt a positive review was in order. Kelly has treated me many times and has always provided an upbeat and positive office visit experience. She listens carefully and always responds with care. She is definitely an asset to the office staff. You are lucky to have Kelly as one of your employees.

Caring and knowledgeable

Do not count on them. Was told they would increase my meds due to pain. They did not. Went back in and now, no script even sent in. Two days later. Also, spoke w another client. Two days later they did the same to him. Seems as if the Doc in Shea is too busy making sure you schedule tons of treatments before you leave, but.....mysteriously fails to send in your script to the pharmacy. I have 9 more treatments set up for future appointments. However, once again the pharmacy said no script had been sent over. 2 days later. I am starting to feel as if my value is just in treatments and not working on my pain monthly. The roller coaster of running out every month is impacting my mental health as well as causing me to have serious withdrawals. Can anyone post a doc that is proficient at getting their scripts sent same day as visits. I feel as if they don't care at all that you're in pain and if you go with out, it's your fault. I am not trying to fill early. I am not asking for more. I am asking for my original script. Often, I go in five weeks and not 30 days. The doc even stated we are going back to our original script. I feel like they classify anyone w pain as being a "USER". I am elderly. I never even smoked a cig in my life. I am a non drinker. I became racked w pain after 30 years of a physical job. I don't want this pain. However, I don't want to be told one thing and then have them not follow through. How can elderly w pain be treated w respect. I just want a doctor that listens and follow through. i feel bad now, bcuz I have sent them three patients who go there. Two of which now have complained to me. My friend told his mom in Prescott and that office has been fine. This is the Shea office.

I have been going to Integrity Pain and Wellness for 2 or 3 years as my body continues to falls apart at age 67 😔. They have always been there for me and put up with my many idiosyncrasies with patience and kindness, always doing anything and everything possible to alleviate my pain. Sometimes the wait time is long but this is not due to any fault of theirs. Sadly there are simply too many people in a town that has grown too much in too short of a time. They do their best and I, for one, very much appreciate their work ethic and patience for all they are meant to tolerate (e.g. mean, impatient and arrogant people who only see their side of the problem). I don’t know what I would do without them. Thank you to everyone at Integrity Pain and Wellness!`

I moved up here from Phoenix & absolutely love tammy & the amazing staff!! Everyone is very sweet & listens to you! I find much relief in my pain treatments & trust them with my body! Dr Patel is an amazing Dr who actually cares about his patients. There’s no waits, no cancellations, no craziness! I will miss them as this month is my last month with them. I’m moving back to the valley :( truly the best girls in this office!

I was treated for pain due to my autoimmune issues which are systemic. We did nerve ablation which helped a bit. They prescribed Tramadol, which I took as prescribed. Then, at a follow up visit, I was accused of not taking my meds. They claimed my UA didn't show the medication. It WON'T on a standard UA test. Tramadol is synthetic and must be tested for through outside lab testing. They put this in my permanent record. Now I am fighting to get my reputation back and get appropriate treatment from another provider. Ridiculous, slanderous and they would not return my call when I tried to speak to someone. Stay away.

The office girls are personally my favorite. Sam and Jody are the BEST!!! I’ve been coming here since my horrific life altering accident in November 2018. Since they got rid of the NP Sean, the office has definitely been a lot nicer. The wait time varies from not bad to “did they forget me?”, but once you see the provider it goes quickly.

Well the follow-up has little to be desired. Don't wait for a callback because they won't call you back... CALL THEM EVERY DAY. If you can get through. Lol

We had a very good and smooth experience getting through the whole process.The doctors and staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.
