Dr Sanwick is a great doctor, but his staff is rude and uncaring. They don't respond to phone calls in a timely manor even if your having a serious medical issue. His assistant is negligent.

Been a patient for 20 years, haven’t been there for 2.5 years. Had a severe current issue and tried to make an appointment, was told I need a new referral and the next appointment was 3 months away. No front office concern or caring. Very disappointed!

My wife had to have emergency surgery , and Dr. Sanwick was the surgeon ( urologist ) . Upon her visit back to have some stents removed, I,could not believe friendly the entire staff were to both my wife and I . Dr Sanwick is about as nice a man and Dr, you could ever want . Thank you for taking care of my wife the way you have.

Prescott is very lucky to have a high quality specialist like Dr. Sanwick. We feel we are in great hands with a potentially serious situation. Because our area has grown we need more doctors, but they managed to get us in quickly- for which we are very grateful!

Dr Sanwick might be a great doctor, I haven’t been able to see him yet. The appointment scheduling representative was so rude and in a hurry she really didn’t seem to care about assisting a potential new patient or not.

Dr. Sanwick may be a great doctor but his front office scheduling staff was so rude and obviously in too much of a hurry to provide the least bit of customer service and information on making an appointment. I guess he is too busy for new patients.
