We were in shock when we left that nightmare appointment. First his NP rapid fired questions at me and wouldn't hardly give me a chance to answer. He also said several times what a podunk hospital YRMC is which is totally unprofessional, YRMC has always been good to me since the 80's. The doctor came in and told me "you have a bad back, there's nothing I can do for you. That interaction took 30 seconds and he left the room. I'm still stunned!

The first dr to take my pain seriously and do something about it quickly. The entire office staff was kind, and knew their jobs well and did them quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend !!

First time visit with Dr Spitalieri. Impressed with the courtesy of the office staff. Dr Spitalier spent more time and asked more of the right type of questions than any other neurosurgeon I had been to in the past. After throughly discussing issues and examining me, he plainly described the options available and a plan for treatment going forward. Would definitely recommend him for any serious back issues.

I got an honest and educated diagnosis from Dr. Spitalieri. I now know more about my spine problems and the direction to take toward relief of pain. If you are thinking about getting medical help for your back, I am glad to recommend Dr. Spitalieri.
