More Md's Online Review Report Card

This medical practice is top notch!! My partner was referred by his cardiologist and wow, we could not be happier! Dr. Christianson is an amazing individual who is concerned with one’s total health i.e. mental, emotional etc. I’ve never met a more thorough doctor. Aside from his doctoring, Dr. Christianson is a likable person - he takes the time to explain what his opinions are and uses language and examples that are easy to understand. The entire staff here is kind and efficient making the environment a pleasant one to be in.

I had an easy time making an appointment though I wasn't in any rush to be seen. Everyone was kind and Dr. Christensen was very helpful. Don't want to go into detail unfortunately for my own privacy, but I believe you can find problems in any medical practice if you look for them hard enough; I found this practice to be great as a new patient with one appointment so far, and have no problems with the care I received! And I was treated well as someone with low income medical insurance.

Today me and my mother went to More MD,to get establish with our new doctor. They were very helpful and professional .

We have been with more MD for few years. I am patient of Nurs Practitioner Tess Barnes. She is knowledgeable, open to my concerns, easy to work with. You cant text your questions and quick response is on it's way. Back room is always helpful.

I have been a patient of More MD for a few years now. I only try to go in once a year. The office staff is pathetic. Last time I was there, I was never greeted or acknowledged. I watched several people be called in that arrived well after I did. And I was never asked for a copay or if my insurance had changed. I did however receive a bill a few weeks later. Now, I have been trying to get an appointment for two days. I left a message yesterday and today with absolutely no response. obviously answering their phone or returning calls is not a priority. I will be looking for a new Doctor.

More MD is far beyond what I was expecting! As a new patient, new to the area, I appreciated the communications that were sent out to me in advance and that helped make my first visit easy. Tess Barnes, NP, is absolutely amazing! I was skeptical about my initial appointment, but she was thorough, compassionate, and asked questions about things I never thought about mentioning. I truly loved the fact that my visit was not rushed and that she actually took her time with me. Referrals, labs, and everything in between were covered during my visit and I did leave rather impressed. The clinic is located in an unexpected area, but once inside, I was pleasantly surprised. It's clean and very welcoming. Staff are all very professional and that says a lot about a doctor's office in my book. I was so impressed that my husband (who is very skeptical about his medical providers) also scheduled an appointment with Tess once I told him how happy I was about going to see her. As long as new patients are being accepted, I will definitely refer our friends to More MD in Prescott!

First visit w this practice to establish care. Everyone was so nice and you could see they really care about their patients. I am new to the practice and first impression is great 😊 Tess the nurse practioner was through and sweet.

Asked multiple times if I could be seen the next day-secretary was only interested in my insurance (which I have and they accept). I asked him multiple times if I went there tomorrow for my health issue if they would be able to help me or would I be better off going elsewhere and not wasting my time and finally he said 'oh, no'. Get a minimally trained, somewhat aware of 'health areas' individual to answer your phone. Hook and bait. Felt like I was dealing with a used car dealership.

MORE MD is Excellent! Dr. Christiansen is great and so is his Staff! I love that they have their own Lab on site. I highly recommend MORE MD.

Best care and service that I've ever received. Tess Barnes NP is the BEST!. Glad I found Her.
