They were An Elegant Smile , they took my exrays , and then some other type of exrays . They gave me a breakdown of what it will cost. Told me they were going to submit a referral . This was Oct. 2015, I called several times to see why I hadn't , they kept lying to me saying they haven't heard back. I called my insurance co and all they had from them was a bill for what they had done plus extra fees. I called and now they are Gental Dental And don't accept my insurance. Never one time were they honest with me and told me the truth and it is still all the same staff . They lie , submit higher bills to insurance company's , I believe that's fraud ! Dr. Bork was completely rude and cold to me when answering my questions. He treated me like I was inferior. His fees were above a threshold that the insurance would cover which is outrageous! He was not friendly with his staff which made me feel uncomfortable. Also, the work area was disorderly and it made me feel like the conditions were not clean. My experience was completely awful! I'll never go there again and I suggest that you avoid the problems I experience by choosing another dentist.

Dr. Bork is the worst Dr. I have ever visited. He was very rude and cold when answering my questions. He seemed very unsure of himself having to ask another doctor questions regarding the procedure. That made me feel unsafe. The work area was disorganized and made me feel that it was not seem clean. He didn't appear to respect the people who worked under him which made me feel uncomfortable. I would NEVER visit this Dr. a longer drive is worth every minute!
