This place was recommended to me so I gave it a try. My first visit was disappointing because I was told to get back into my car, drive to the back of the building and wait for a text. After waiting for over an hour, my sister went back into the waiting room, which was empty, and no one was anywhere! Obviously, they had forgotten about me. Of course I was seen immediately then!Two days later, when I had gotten worse, I tried the other location. The PA seemed to really care and said she was going to prescribe four different prescriptions. I was sure I would be on the road to recovery finally. When I picked up my prescriptions, there were only two! The pharmacy said only two were called in. I gave Nextcare a call and told them my visit wasn't completed. I feel the PA should have been contacted to complete my prescriptions to the pharmacy. It's been days! My next call will be to Medicare to deny payment for this incomplete and inept service.

My urgent care visit was for a laceration to my knuckle. It required stitches. This is my first time for stitches. The whole process from the check-in to the nurse and the PA was exceptional. I highly recommend this NextCare to everyone.

Zero stars. I've been going to Nextcare in Prescott for several years and never had a problem until yesterday. I had an appointment for 2:30. I waited a little over an hour until I opened the exam room door and three people popped up. When I told them how long I was waiting, the male member said that I had a reservation not an appointment, and if I didn't like it I could leave. I chose to leave. I'm having a hearing test today. I went to Nextcare to have my ears checked for obstructive wax (less than five minutes to look) that would effect the test and if necessary cleaned. They knew this. What is the difference between an appointment and a reservation? What purpose does it serve when it's ignored? When I arrived, the waiting room was close to full. When I left there was only one person.

Went into Urgent Care as a walk in . . . Was seen and out of there in little over an hour.

My husband took our almost 2 year old here to get his ears checked for possible infection. The check-in process was quick and painless, the staff was super friendly, and we didn’t have to wait too long.

Did a walk-in visit for a trip & fall yesterday. Got in quickly, saw the PA on duty, had four x-rays, and was clear in about 45 minutes. Great service! While I know from prior experience that it’s not always this fast, the service has always been good!

I made appointment on line and that was easy to do . Did precheck in and didn’t have to wait at all for appointment. Staff were friendly and took time to answer all questions.
