Dr. Judah Pifer is an amazing Orthopedic physician who performed a total hip replacement on me 10 months ago. Before that I had slipped on ice onto the hip, which then caused more back pain than usual and caused a limp. I was fearful about surgery and Dr. Pifer said I could go to P.T. before having surgery. I went to P.T. and although it got me in shape for the surgery, it did not lessen my hip pain. The fall had caused my leg to be a bit shorter which in turn caused more back pain and I LIMPED! I had never felt old until I limped like that! I used the months before surgery to learn about post op, what I would need at home, etc. By the time I had the surgery I was more than ready. The hip pain disappeared rapidly and I progressed quickly, while doing all the protocols such as ice, elevation and the compression stockings off and on. I have to point out Dr. Pifer somehow adjusted for the leg length discrepancy and now my legs are the same length again and NO LIMP and no pain! I am just over-the-top happy with my outcome and am glad to have found this wonderful, wonderful doctor in Prescott!

I’ve had 3 different appointments with Dr. Pifer for different joints. The staff is extremely efficient and friendly. Dr. Pifer is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to treat the issue.

Had partial shoulder replacement by Dr. Williams. Excellent outcome & great experience!! Can’t say enough good about Bradly Williams! He’s always on lookout for cutting edge treatment. Pain free a year later & recovery was quick & painless! You’re in good hands under his care.

I went to Dr. Williams with a pretty severe rotator cuff diagnosis from the VA, after trying the factory style, impersonal, and corporatized Core Institute who wanted to crank me through with an injection, not even having reviewed the imaging themselves. DR. W. reviewed the images and gave an immediate pleasantly surprising contradictory expert assessment. He explained his approach and philosophy to repair. As it turned out, the damage was extensive due to having 4 types, however none was individually as severe as noted by the original radiology report. Despite the pain of surgery being invasive, there was immediate relief, and my recovery went amazingly fast. The entire staff was professional in all facets from the get go. Dr. Williams no-nonsense, no candy-coating, tell it like it is approach is perfectly aligned with those who are determined to overcome obstacles as such, and willing to put in the work on their own. He repairs, YOU maintain. A+ experience! Can you go any higher than that?

I came into Orthopedic Specialist of Central AZ with a "massive rotator cuff tear and a shredded bicep," Dr. Williams was wonderful. He and the staff are amazing. Dr. Williams is extremally knowledgeable. This is his wheelhouse! Dare I say, he is a rotator cuff "nerd" surgeon? I hope he doesn't think I'm being rude. I want someone that lives, eat & breaths their profession. It is my understanding that he has written or is writing books or professional medical journals. He also does not slice and dice and send you on your way. He has a very extensive hands on follow up procedure. I would have no reservations recommending him to anyone. Several months later i fell and broke my fore arm in two places. once again, he & his staff were amazing. In my opinion this IS the place to go for orthopedic needs.

My experience with this orthopedic provider was simply excellent. I was able to get appointments quickly, and insurance was handled professionally. Dr.Williams was by far the most professional Doctor I have ever worked with. He is patient and thorough. Provided very clear explanations that I could understand. The shoulder surgery went well and as such, I am on my way to a full recovery. I highly recommend you use him for your orthopedic needs.

Have been a patient of this practice for a number of years. My surgeon retired and I chose to stay in the practice and work with Dr. Bradley Williams. Recently, the time came for a total knee replacement. Dr. Williams is a very skilled and gifted surgeon and I am beyond happy with the outcome. We are greatly blessed to have a surgeon like Dr. Williams in our community. 2024: Back to have my other knee replaced. Dr. Williams is an outstanding surgeon and very meticulous about his work.. I am so very grateful to Dr. Williams for his dedication and commitment to patients. My knee replacements are perfect and I have gotten my life back. Thank you Dr. Williams for your patience and care of me.

I feel like Dr. Williams has given me my life back after surgery for a knee arthroscopy. The disability and pain are gone!

I had a complete knee replacement by Dr. Williams 8 weeks ago and my progress has been great being able to achieve flexibility in my motion range and the amazing healing of the scar from the surgery. It is a process working thru the recovery but all has been going very well. I also want to commend the surgical nurse who assisted during the surgery and after with the removal of the dressing and applying tape strips over the incision area. The office staff were also very friendly and efficient so I highly recommend this doctor and office for any orthopedic work that needs to be done!v
