Paul Nguyen's Online Review Report Card

Was getting periodic UTI's, was recommended to the Urology Group by my primary care Dr. Selected Dr Nguyen and he recommended full work up of my bladder and kidneys being a type 2 diabetic. The examination revealed an enlarged prostate and 2 bladder stones that was causing the irritation and UTI's. Prior to my final test I passed the stones. Just had my 3rd annual exam and all is good. Thank you Dr Nguyen.

I was sent for a very expensive test at the local hospital for absolutely no reason. Just a stupid mistake made by his office staff which should have been caught before I went through it. At least the DR called to ask who me who sent me for such a test. Otherwise, I would never even know why I was sent for such a painful test and now waiting for a very large bill from the hospital! No sympathy from this DR at all. As it stands now, I am waiting for the bill of this long painful test that I went because of his office's mistake. Mind you, no apology has been given to me for this unnecessary test and very uncaring treatment. How totally rude and cilice of a DR and his office to do this to a patient who has been going to him for many years and had total faith in his judgement. I would no longer recommend him to anyone.

Wow what a great place, had a great experience yesterday at Dr Paul Nguyen office from the front office to the nurse to Dr. Nguyen, everyone was kind, patient, helpful , knowledgable and caring. Dr Nguyen even took the time to show me the exrays that the Emergency room took in 2020 and compared them to the 2022 . Showed me each thing that was going on and what it meant. I left very content and reassured. Anyone needing a Urologist he's the best.

I have a long history of UTI's. Dr. Nguyen was able to get my UTI's under control. He was very empathetic and took the time to make sure all my questions had been answered.

Dr. Nguyen is truly an excellent doctor. He speaks precisely about what the situation is. We are very fortunate to have Doctor Nguyen here in Prescott.

dr nguyen is great, his front office leaves MUCH to be desired

Went in to see Dr. Paul T. Nguyen regarding my incontience, he was rude, impatient and would talk over me when I tried to explain what my problem. Seems not to like his job, or women. I was so disgusted with my experience with him, I'm trying to find a different doctor. Dr. Nguyen should leave and find something he is truly interested in doing as a career. What a disappointment!

Dr. Nguyen performed the Rezum procedure on me on June 11th 2020. I have been to his office to have 6 catheters installed and he has yet to see me himself. Today I had an appointment at Mayo Clinic with a Urologist because I still cannot urinate following my Rezum procedure. I had a Urodynamic and Volume Study along with a Cystoscopy and Prostate scan. It was determined I have to have a laser treatment to remove the damage done and the part of the prostate that was never treated with the steam. It turns out the Urologist at Mayo said I never should have been a candidate for the Rezum in the first place. Dr. Nguyen would never get my recommendation. On two of my visits to have catheterization I could hear him talking to the nurse in the hall and after knowing my struggles from the procedure he never even came in to see me. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

The worst part about this physician is his rude staff, lack of return phone calls, inability to speak to a live person, requiring payment to receive your own medical records. Lack of appropriate follow up in cancer case. Physician rude when asked to go over treatment a second time.

After seeing Dr. Nguyen I had a bad infection, (102.4 temp.)After seeing him again It became obvious he didn't care.. After seeing another Dr. that did things to prevent infections, Totally different from dr. Nguyen,.... After you see Dr. Nguyen once they won't let you switch to one of the good Doctors in that office.
