Prescott Health Clinic's Online Review Report Card

This is how all healthcare should be! A fantastic place. The two NPs who work here are the nicest people in healthcare. We have good health insurance, but we still come here and pay out of pocket. It would be worth it at 3x the price. I wish I could find a primary care doctor as nice and caring at the staff at Prescott Health Clinic.

Amazing place. I wish I could just use them as my primary care. They are so much nicer and more competent than any other doctors I've been to. We often go here instead of primary care despite cash pay. This is how medicine should be.

Wonderful. Fast, efficient, diagnosed what we had assumed and gave me antibiotics right away. So sad I had no idea they were here because I feel they could’ve helped me way sooner.

I had an infection and knew I needed antibiotics so I called my family practice physician. Since he was out of town, they advised me to go to an urgent care facility. I went to Next Care and the lobby was packed. The very nice person at the reception desk told me it would be at least a day or 2 until they could see me. I knew there was just no way I could wait a few days for antibiotics. Next on my Google search was Prescott Health Clinic located near YRMC. They don't take insurance and only treat minor issues. The staff were incredibly helpful, patient and attentive and I saw Rebecca after an hour's wait. The facility is immaculate and comfortable. She confirmed my diagnosis and gave me the two necessary meds for treatment. The total bill was $70 for the visit and they dispensed the medications. I don't think they're open for long hours daily but I cannot express how grateful I am to everyone in that office. They're pros and It was worth every cent.

I've just learned that they are now opening the office from 9 - 2 pm.

This was my first experience here, and it will be my last. The doctor was cool who gave me my TB test, but the desk ladies are really rude and their hours of operations are quite misleading. Their site says 4:30 because they failed to go on there which takes 5 seconds and update their new hours. I know you might be thinking everyone's websites are all messed up right now due to what's going on, however this is a doctor's office and I was supposed to get my TB test read today and because of the failure to update the website or notify me of the updated hours of operation I spent $25 on a TB test that is now not going to get read. Mind you, that is $25 plus two hours of my time even though I called ahead only to get treated really really rudely and then this happened. They're lucky that the doctor is pretty nice otherwise this place would not go very far. Quite frankly I don't know anyone who wants to waste $25 and two hours of their time. This was for my job my career, and I feel very very strongly that if you are not going to update your website on your hours of operation you are required to inform your patients. I might not be an MD yet, but when I am I'm going to make darn sure that my establishment and practice does not operate like this one. There is the time that we make for things that is what it is everything else is just an excuse to not do it.

I don't have insurance currently, and I'm very grateful to have found Prescott Health Clinic. They provide essential healthcare at affordable costs. Everyone in the office was kind and very caring. I'd absolutely return or recommend to anyone.

Very caring staff. They treated me as if I was a patient of theirs for years. I'm so glad I found out about this place.

This place was wonderful, the staff were very friendly, I was in and out in less than a half an hour woth everything I needed. I was seen almost immediatly and there was no nonsense. Very cheap and affordable with great care. I highly recommend this clinic.
