List of Prescott Women's Clinic's Reviews
I had such a positive experience at my first appointment at PWC yesterday. I saw Brittany who was accompanied by a student-NP (I wish I remembered her name) and they made me feel so comfortable. I never once felt judged and I was able to be open and vulnerable with them both. I was very impressed by the NP - she was very knowledgeable. The girl in the front was also very sweet and helpful. Thanks ladies for not making this harder than it has to be xo
They called my mom and told her they needed to talk to me so I kept calling them back multiple times, no answer. No matter what I try to get a hold of them they never pick up. They need to have a better system in place.
Fees for service are very deceptive when you’re paying out of pocket. Billed for exam, billed for blood work, billed for a step up exam, billed for lab work. Only fee actually discussed was the $200 initial visit fee. After all is said and done, two months after having initial exam, I’ve paid ~$1500 out of pocket. To not disclose or discuss any additional fees prior to ordering tests/exam until bills come flooding in down the road is just sickening and again, deceptive. Just some advice to any patients who go here…always ask, ‘is there an additional fee and if so, how much?.’ I wish I would’ve known every little thing that the Doctor recommended having done would come with an additional fee and wasn’t a part of the appointment I scheduled for. Now I know what to do “next time.” The overall initial exam went fair. The practitioner and assistant were professional. However, I don’t feel like I received the answers I was hoping for based off the money I’ve spent, so that’s disappointing. I will most likely go elsewhere for future services.
AVOID AVOID AVOID. Rudest office I've ever had the displeasure of seeing. Came here for a first time pregnancy and no one will answer any of my questions. They demanded payment early and turned me away from my appt when I asked why they needed it early. I was told no that I couldn't call billing first to clarify what the bill was even for. The front office woman was very rude and aggressive. She refused to give me the results of my labs paperwork until I signed the payment agreement (again before the due date). Pretty sure that's illegal but whatever. This is after my first 6 canceled appts that left me with no doctor for my entire first trimester plus. Very frustrated.
Terrible. Awful. In the two months in which I was a patient, they managed to lose my urine sample, refused to release uterine ultrasound images to me or other doctors (using their own in-writing system of making the request(s), automated message system which called me once-per-day for two weeks, giving me another women's test results (despite my notifying them), changed appointment days/time without notifying me, promised call-backs that never happened. Left me waiting, half-naked in a very cold exam room (in winter) for half an hour - The doctor did apologize for the room being so cold, to which I suggested they bring in a floor heater. Hopefully, they will. Simply the worst doctors office I've ever encountered.
Dr. Campazano is very professional, knowledgable and easy to talk to. She does not rush the visit and gives very good and age appropriate advice. I have been a patient for many years and would recommend her for those looking for a doctor.
Stacey the surgery scheduler delayed for 9 days following up re the clearance from Dr. Ha. She said "it had slipped her mind". She seems incompetent. Perhaps the job is too much for her or she needs someone to assist her in her job.
If you are high-risk, or over the age of 35, I wouldn't recommend Dr. Osburn. It seems, to me, that he gives up easily. After 1 visit, he did a complete transfer of care to an MFM in Phoenix due to my high-risk pregnancy. Also, referred to my unborn child as being a "4 lb little twerp." Bad vibes all around. The only reason that they got any stars at all is because his staff is helpful and thorough to the best of their ability. Prescott is difficult, I would suggest going to the Valley, much better care!
Dr. Ohanesian is thorough and listens to my concerns.
They have amazing doctors, the issue is there front desk and scheduling people. My wife is 37 weeks supposed to been seen every week. It has been 3 1/2 weeks since she has been seen and the scheduling coordinator is a space head to put it nicely. They keep changing our appointments and canceling them. Today they closed with not even an inch of snow. Just a little stupid. Might have to try some offices in Camp Vede or PHX which is just sad you can't get in to a local office that had two locations and seven providers. Straight up joke.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
