Can i leave 0 stars? 2 occasions: my husband needed a covid test to travel. It was a 24 test.They charged him 200$ and we never got the results in time. Second, he addressed them with an issue of a lump on his hip. Nothing was resolved. These people have no clue of communication. We sighned in when they first opened.After 300 of co pay, we are looking for a different provider. Incompetence

Can't seem to get anything done with prescriptions or scheduling appointments for results for the next visit to the doctor. They can't seem to give you the correct phone number for getting imaging. When you call them, they seldom answer the phone. They might call you back a couple hours later. This was on a day when we were the only customers at that time.

My family and I have been patients of Priority for years. The front office staff is very helpful and responsive. Tom is very knowledgeable, professional and has an obvious heart for the health of the community. I trust Tom and his team with the health of my family. The clinic worked tirelessly over the past years during COVID to help the community navigate through the pandemic with sound information and diligent care. Why would you go anywhere else?

Staff is amazing.. They listen and they don't, dismiss any of your concerns.. They take they're time addressing each concern that you have ... very efficient..

I waited 2 weeks for an appt at this place. I finally go in the day it was scheduled at 1:15 and they said my appt was ad 12:15. It wasn't, I know for a fact bc I had to schedule on my lunch hr. The 2 girls at the front barely looked up or spoke when I walked in. They could have cared less to get me reschedule. I thought I had found a new place....but no. I do not recommend. Also, it wools be nice if they would call to confirm appts. They did not with me and it could have fixed if they called.

I was very impressed with PA Gann’s thoroughness and knowledge in relationship to the human body and its ills! He was quick to answer any questions and was pleasant to talk to. PA Gann made me feel “well cared for”! He’s definitely worth more than 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I appreciate Tom consistently takes the time to explain conditions and answer questions. The thing I like best about Priority is that you don’t feel rushed and you leave with an understanding of what’s going on as well as peace of mind! They’re the best!
