I had a biopsy 3 weeks ago. The practitioner who removed the mole rushed through it, didn't answer questions, and when I called to get the results, I called for 3 days straight, and no one ever answered the phone. Dr. CHARLES JOHNSON AND THE REST OF THEM ARE PRETEND DERMATOLOGISTS. WHAT A JOKE.

They have a bunch of doctors and PA's seeing pts, acting like a dermatologist but there is no REAL DERMATOLOGIST around all the time... There are two available part time and one lives in another country and another lives in Phoenix.. I came to be seen by a REAL DERMATOLOGIST and they some how persuaded me to be seen by a family doctor pretending to be a dermatologist. I went home and thought about it and it really pissed me off.

Professional, smart, surgically skilled, thoughtful, and kind. Dr. R Johnson’s competence put me at ease immediately. He actually stops to think-not just cookbook response. The staff from receptionist all the way to the top was outstanding. I felt they were prepared to do whatever was necessary or even possible to help me. I have a medical background so feel positioned to state-they deserve the 110% award. The kindness was an extra bonus.

He is busy because he is good. He does a complete examination.

He biopsied and found cancer on my husbands ear. The surgical procedure was thorough and they checked to make sure they got it all before he left. They also scheduled the cosmetic surgeon to make his ear look normal afterward. Very nice people.

Dr. Johnson was 50 minutes late and I was asked to be seen by a PA. Why would I go see a PA when my internist is more qualified to diagnose my skin condition than a second rate Physician Assistant practitioner??

Someone needs to shut the place down. Dr. Ray Johnson has a compassion of a devil and all they care about is running it like a mill to make most $$ out of you. The PA's and doctor did so many unnecessary biopsy on me!! I have two scars from all the biopsies and I get really angry every time I look at my scars. All the biopsies turned out to be nothing, but they sure made a lot of money on me. Stay away unless you want your money siphoned out of your wallet.

The place is a madhouse there. I made an appointment to see Dr. Johnson and they had me wait over an hour. They later asked me to be seen by a physician assistant because Dr. Johnson mysteriously disappeared. The physian assistant doesn't know enough dermatology but she will biopsy everything and anything to run up the bill. The place needs to be shut down. That would be the greatest public service they could do for pts.

I trust my skin care to this Dr. He has treated several conditions and removed moles. He is not warm and fuzzy, but he is courteous and listens well. He knows what he is doing. He knows what works and what doesn't. He hypes no products though his office does sell some.
