I was very discouraged when I had a contact lens prescription filled by Dr. Sanders. After multiple prescriptions that did not work out, He did not believe me when I told him the prescriptions are not working. He told me "you are kidding, there's no way that it is not the correct prescription". Finally resorted to old prescription since those were better than the updated prescription I was trying to get from him. Will never see him again.

I thought the office was very professional. I can tell the difference from last year. It was a more relaxed environment before and now more business like. I don’t like to be called miss or ma’am at the front desk, I prefer my own name. I would like to see a more relaxed environment that reflects Sedona as opposed to a Corperate feel. Everything went smooth though. June
