Great service all around. Was in and out within 40 min. Other places, takes an 1.5 hours to 2 hours.Staff members where very polite, kind and a true bless. Thank you SimonMed staff.

The facility and the people who work there are fantastic, however, getting an appointment when they use a third party service was horrible. I could not understand the questions, due to their accent, and they couldn't understand English as well when they set up the profile. My name was wrong, the insurance they posted was wrong the address was wrong. I wasn't even sure I had an appointment. Then when I received a text reminding me of the appointment there wasn't a time. Bring your third party service for answering phones to the US and you would have 5 stars.

The staff was having computer problems, which I can relate to with my job. They remained calm and communicated amongst themselves to try different things to be able to complete their work. They were very apologetic to the patients. I observed them never giving up and staying calm. I was pleased to see that.I was a walk-in patient and with others who had appointments. Between that and the computer problems, I was able to get in and out in 45 minutes!SimonMed has a wonderful staff from when you walk in to when you leave. Keep up the excellent service!
