He took my husband on an emergency bases even thought he did not take our insurance. He spotted my husbands detached retina and sent him for a retina specialist to get it fixed right away. I was very glad he took the time do see my husband.

Had to go to 3 different lobbies to check in. Finally checked in on line after 15 minutes of waiting to get to front counter. Once completed with the paper work I waited and waited and waited for the Doctor. Very nice gentlemen.

Dr. MORTENSON has been our doctor for many years. He is genuinely caring and friendly. He is patient to hear our concerns and answer our questions. He has performed several procedures for me and my husband and we feel he has given us excellent care. We feel blessed to be under his care.

Dr. Mortenson is fine but the office staff at M&M Eye Institute is the worst. Payment and billing is a nightmare. They blame it on having so many insurance plans out there. Well, isn't it their job to know them before they collect money from you. They collected $45 for a refraction from me and then called back and asked for more. Be careful!
