List of The Doctor's Office's Reviews
After 4+years of bad experiences with first YRMC and now Dignity Health/YRMC I have moved on and chose the Doctors Office practice for my primary care. My consultation/first appointment was very professional and I have faith that it was a good move. Doctor Little attended Stanford University and Brigham Young U. I can see why the huge Doctor turnover at Dignity and we lost a half dozen doctors the first 4 yrs. With being a non-profit hospital you get that. Choose wisely friends.
Best doctor's office I've been to. The office staff is courteous, helpful, and quick and the providers including my PCP Denise McMurphy have always helped me with any time sensitive issue I've had, listened, cared, and treated with compassion.
Dr. Little and staff have always been kind and caring.
Dr. William De Vito is the best Doctor that I have ever had. He has been My Doctor for many Years. Always there when I need Him. Always takes the time to listen.
Dr. Little is responsive and caring. Although the office is busy (as is every primary care provider in Prescott), once I became an established patient, I have always been able to get into see him in a reasonable time when I needed to.
Updated: Since my previous review, I’ve had really positive experiences with the Doctor’s Office, especially with some very swift support they’ve recently provided. Old: I have had good experiences with this office, both as a patient of James Hurley and then as a patient of William DeVito after Dr. Hurley passed away. However, months later, prescriptions won’t refill because due to the change in physician, even after formally changing to Dr. DeVito (within the same practice). Two weeks later, one prescription has not been refilled by the Doctor’s Office after numerous phone calls to them and promises from their staff that it would be sent over “that day.” If this prescription were for blood pressure control, it would be an emergency and the Doctor’s Office would be liable for negligence if something were to happen. I am completely dismayed by their i attention to getting this prescription filled when they have had months to transition patients and foresee prescription transfer issues. Two weeks without them sending over a prescription. I don’t even know what to say.
Dr Davido is very rude and uncaring to say the least His manner of speaking is Stern dismissive and rude I put a call into the office at 10 AM with concerns and I did not receive a phone call back until 230. I was promised I would get a phone call back within the hour. When he finally did call me back he said I’m very busy and I never would’ve promised a call back. Just go to the emergency room if you’re so concerned.
Dr. DeVito really cares. When he talks to you he’s looking at you. He’s really tuned 100% to you. And he’s a great diagnostician. I’ve been a patient almost 20 years.
Excellent staff and service!
So for the last 5 years I’ve been coming to the doctor’s office for my regular check ups and any other thing that has come up i’m not gonna get into my personal medical history but I can say that they have reached out to me on their time the staff is not only great but the best you can tell they enjoy their job thank you guys for a great 5 year’s appreciate all you do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
