My first time at the center and although I hope I won't need to return anytime soon I would certainly want to do so here. From arrival to departure everyone was helpful, compassionate and friendly. My procedure and recovery went without any problems and I really liked the low volume and personal approach compared to a traditional hospital.

I gave them a three star because they need to make better of their/our time. We had an appointment at 10:30 check in and got called back at 10:45. The procedure was a 11:30 procedure that would take about 20-25 minutes. We did not get into the procedure room until 1:45. We were released at 2:30. It was for a very long day without food or water. Their beds are small and are uncomfortable to be stuck in since 10:45 until procedure at 1:45. There was little communication on the delay and we felt that everyone else had lunch but us? We were given a 10:30 check in which would have been fine had the procedure gone as appointed. To sit there for three hours waiting for his procedure was ridiculous. We are patient people and realize some things take time, however we were put in the back to be ready and then it went quiet during the lunch hour where we were left alone until someone finally came in at 12:30 to see if the patient was okay. He mentioned he was tired of laying down in the uncomfortable bed and was told. "You are next" At 1:45 he was finally brought back for his 20 minute procedure. It was 2:30 when he was released so we could finally get some food and water. After an all night fasting without food and water was too long. They did give the patient a small apple juice box to send him on his way. The nurses were all kind and caring. That wasn't a complaint it was the scheduling time and delay.

I was there today for a colonoscopy. From check in to release everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. All of the nurses and the doctor were top notch.

On July 24th I had a Colonoscopy. Dr Pleva performed the procedure along with Steve the anesthesiologist. All of the nurses and support staff were excellent. The level of care was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend Tri City Surgery Center if you need any type of procedure!

This place it a 10+ they got it together. Very friendly staff and nurses they took really good care of me. Dr Rex did foot surgery on me and I am pain free the next day.

Just had minor surgery there today. What an amazing facility with kind, warm and professional staff. Thank you Dr. Eric Nelson, you are the best! I highly recommend this facility. This is what Prescott needed.

I highly recommend this facility, it and especially the staff are thousands of times better than anything in Prescott, AZ. The staff was so attentive and kind. I sent them all roses.

They are absolutely amazing, from the front desk staff to all of the nurses, the anesthesiologist and my wonderful Dr. they are amazing! Very nice and really care about you, they answered all of my questions. Everyone there is so nice and have great sense of humor!! I recommend it to anyone who has to have surgery!! Also the place is very clean and neat!!
