Every single time I've gotten there, the wait time was so short, they are super good at scheduling so that nobody has to wait around.

If you are lucky enough to read reviews on the surgeon before going to the appointment, consider yourself blessed. Unfortunately I never did, I just went to whoever my primary referred me to. I wish I would’ve never went to Dr. Richardson. He neglected to fix my fracture and left me with ongoing arthritis and inflammation in my hand because the bone was never reset. He never even explain to me the positive benefit versus risks he just pretty much said it would have to be re-broken. I would rather have suffered six weeks with a correctly aligned bone and joint compared to having it misaligned for life and all the symptoms that come with that such as nerve sensitivity pain discomfort. You should watch his YouTube video, you can clearly see by his facial expressions that he is not a compassionate person. This person is only in it for the money and that’s all he cares about. He’s already made his millions of dollars and Prescott living in a gigantic house. Go see someone down and Phoenix or Flagstaff and get better care trust me. This guy is not your friend. He doesn’t care about treating the patient. Condescending is an understatement. He’s just careless. Staff was rude. Front desk rude. He had a attitude. Was not patient. What you have to understand is when people fracture their bones, Summit could be the first time they get this injury, that means they are in TRAUMA!!!!! You really need to be a compassionate and empathetic and patient person do you know how to respond to someone correctly and trauma rather than acting like a child and reflecting back any of the frustration or questioning they feel. A lot of people like myself are on trusting of hospitals and such because I feel they always over bill and charge you for everything. If I have a type of attitude I need a type of surgeon that actually has patients and can explain clearly the risk to reward benefit. I clearly told the surgeon I was a musician and guitar player and he still neglected to correct the alignment. I wish I would’ve sued him. I would’ve won but waited to long

Dr. Richardson and his staff are kind, caring and thorough. I was totally at ease during my Dupuytren’s procedure.

I had been told I had arthritis and would just have to live with the pain in my wrist, but I have dealt with arthritis since childhood and knew this was not my problem. Dr. Richardson knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it with an injection. Less than 24 hours. and the pain is significantly less and lessening by the hour.

Dr Richardson thoroughly explained my surgery to my daughter and I. He was very patient with our questions and concerns. He made me feel very good about having the surgery and his staff was great as well.

Although the wait was more than expected, it was not the Dr’s or staff’s fault. There were several emergencies ahead of me and there were 3 doctors in the office at once. I was extremely pleased that I didn’t have to explain my problem, Dr. Richardson took one look and knew immediately what my situation was and attended to it as well as explained in great detail what it was and what needed to be done. I would definitely recommend Dr. Richardson
