Garbage communication from the front office. Next time just tell your patients that the doc isn’t doing surgeries the rest of the year but they’ll have to start over again with a new doctor. Don’t mislead them thinking they still have an upcoming procedure when it’s been cancelled. At least they didn’t try to take my money.

Staff and overall office was quick and precise. Dr. Wayment was excellent helping me evaluate/treat the shingles flare up that was effecting my eye. Will definitely utilize their other services in the future.

Our worker got debris in his eye and I made an appointment with queen creek office on Monday for Thursday (it was the first available time shown). It is now Wednesday and I was called to tell me his appointment has been cancelled. I called them and the girl told me the online appointments are not synced up with the office appointments and it is only a suggestion or request. What? So I guess if you want to go here don't make an appointment on their website.

I've had an eye twitch for years now. Scott Wayment, OD is a fantastic doc. He is gracious, patient and kind. Gives me time to explain my issues and stays attentive. Would highly recommend this practice.

I had terrible treatment here, wasn't even allowed to finish explaining my symptoms before I was cut off. Just told me I had "dry eye" and sent me away. Charged me $200 for the trip. Why did I pay $200 for someone to not even listen to my symptoms or treat me like a human being? 0/10 would return

I went in for an eye exam and was immediately impressed by the high level of professionalism exhibited by Dr. kian. His thorough knowledge of my condition amazed me. He answered all my questions with a full explanation of what he was looking at. He did not rush the appointment but gave me his full attention and time. I highly recommend him!
