I’ve had. 3 appointments. They called to cancel the first because the scheduler gave me the wrong time. They cancelled the next two the day of the appointment to cancel because their machine was broken and they couldn’t do the imaging. So they have been horrible so far.

You cannot make an appointment with this company for X-rays, walk ins only. You cannot get through to call to see if they are busy. I tried. Got there and note on the door said no XRays. I drove to another one. Again no X-rays.

The worst scheduling experience I have had. Tried to schedule online but online scheduling directed me to call. I was on hold for approx 30 minutes. Finally spoke with a nice rep, but she had a very heavy accent and we had issues understanding each other. She also could not answer any questions beyond scheduling. I scheduled an appointment but was worried it was not what I needed. Called a different office hoping to get clearer communication and a better appointment but although this person spoke with better English, he could not help me with my questions either. And then he hung up on me. It seems scheduling is farmed out and I do not see a way to contact anyone who actually works in an office.

I called ahead and made an appointment for a bone density and mammo. I got there only to find out they don't offer the bone density test on Mondays, because their tech is off every Monday. This meant I had to return for the test another day, AND I had to wait an hour for the mammo. The bone density had been scheduled first. The management of this place is questionable. When I asked the receptionist why I hadn't been told I couldn't get my bone density test on a Monday, she responded that the central scheduling office doesn't know the schedule of this office! Other than the scheduling issues, the experience was good. The techs seemed knowledgeable and were friendly.

This is a new facility and is very clean and was not busy when I got there at all. This receptionist was very polite and my technician who was Barbara was Very friendly and efficient

Arrived a little late, staff was still kind & not angry. My PCP had still not sent order over.SimonMed staff was kind enough to contact them, received it & I was able to have imaging done. Imaging Tech was wonderful. Am most appreciative of this experience. This is not my experience at other SimonMed location I usually use.
