Dr Meyer is a great doctor. I never feel rushed, he takes his time and explains everything. He allows time for questions and is very personable. I trust his opinion. His staff are very well qualified and friendly. I would definitely recommend Dr Meyer.

My experience with Dr. Meyer went well. He was thorough and attentive and professional with all treatment. I had one issue with my interaction with this facility. I was ill and was unable to give 24 hours notice prior to canceling my appointment. The facility charged me a $30 cancellation fee. Due to a pandemic I felt like there should be an exception for cancellations to avoid exposure to their clinicians and team. People are losing their jobs due to this pandemic and I do not plan to return to pay a late fee and then a specialist fee as well.

With a family of 5 and many health issues, we spend a lot of time in doctor's offices. Almost always we find that the doctor's and the office's agenda is more about the money and quantity of patients they can see in one day. NOT Dr. Meyer and his team. They were WONDERFUL. They we exceptionally thorough and they listened. They didn't assume anything. They didn't present any preconceived ideas. They looked at every aspect of my eye health. I have answers and treatment options and couldn't be more pleased. I wish there were Dr. Joseph Meyers in every area of the medical field.

After a short wait, doc took care of a stye in under ten minutes. I felt so much better the next day. They also have those pillowy peppermints at the reception's desk :D Thanks Stephanie and Dr. Meyer!

Dr Meyer performed my cataract surgery last January (2018) and did a fantastic job. A year later I’ve started having issues with floaters and posterior vitreous detachment and vitreous hemorrhaging. He explained that it is quite common with cataract surgery patients. He and his staff are very caring encouraging me to call him any time if I have concerns - I’ll continue relying on his expertise and good judgement.

This is one great ophthalmologist... and at my age and with my eyes, I've been to a lot of them, so I know how to judge. He knows his stuff but more importantly is very honest in his assessments of your condition and explains it to you completely and in a way you can understand. As a bonus, he considers finances, and doesn't assume that "money is no object" for all of us. So glad my neurologist recommended him a few years back. His staff is terrific, too. 5 stars!
