Filled out the lengths of paperwork to have my 14 month old checked. Tried to make an appointment and they refused to set up an appointment sooner than 4 months from now. I informed them he was due for a shot next week and still did not want to give me an earlier appointment.

Dr. Bynum Neal is friendly and professional. She must take good notes or have great memory because when she walks into the room she knows your child. I like that she treat each child as if it was the first one she had ever seen. She is knowledgeable and share that knowledge with the parents. She's thorough and is very willing to answer your concerns. We're very satisfied with her!

Dr. Bynum Neal has been great with all my kids. She spends a lot of time with them and makes them feel comfortable. We never feel rushed and always leave with all of our questions answered. She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend her as a pediatrician.
