Fantastic surgeon. Professional office

Dr. Sutkin robbed my mother of $1,200. My mother went for a consultation, put down a deposit of $1,200, and was going to get plastic surgery done, however she had an emergency. She had to leave the country due to her mother being ill and she passed away while she was there with her. She obviously had unforeseen expenses and no longer has the money for the surgery. We informed Dr. Sutkin's receptionist about this and asked if it was possible to get the deposit refunded and Dr. Sutkin refused to refund the deposit. Admittedly, my mother did sign something stating the refund was non refundable, but I don't understand how someone could be so heartless. Dr. Sutkin most likely makes a good living and my mother's been saving money to do the surgery for a long time and she had an unexpected emergency. $1,200 is probably nothing to him but a lot to my mother. We were never able to speak to him directly. His receptionist did all the talking for him.

I recently had my keloid removed from my ear by Dr sutkin and i have never felt so great about myself. I had my keloid for about 4 years until I was finally tired of never being able to put my hair up due to having an insecurity with my ear.  The surgery went great and the healing process is going smooth. I could not have asked for a better care experience. :)

I'm so glad I found Dr. Sutkin, I've had two lip procedures done with him and that shows that I'm a repeat customer. I've known friends who had work done with one doctor and were displeased and chose to have their touch ups done by someone else, but I came to Dr. Sutkin twice and I don't have any intention of going elsewhere for any future procedures. His assistant, Vanessa, is also great. Thanks to both!

I am absolutely ecstatic over the results from Doctor Sutkin.  He really listened to what I wanted and what I didn't want.  Doctor Sutkin was one of 5 doctors I interviewed and he was the only one I felt 100% comfortable with. The other doctors told me what I wanted and didn't listen at all.  I don't typically share things like this, but having something done to your face and/or body is super scary.  The main procedure was tightening up my lower face/neck.  I recovered well before expected with absolutely no bruising which I relate to the care he took during the procedure.  I was actually able to meet clients on day 4 after the procedure.  Not only is he excellent, but he is also humble and doesn't over price in my opinion!  I am SO HAPPY!  If you want to get anything done, take the time to consult with Dr. Sutkin first!

My lips were disfigured in Dr Howard Sutkin’s office in Los Gatos, CA. The procedure was performed by his nurse Kathleen Nelson RN (on the right). She forced me to remove my permanent make up from whole lip line (it was not my original plan) and she injected not FDA approved chemical remover called “123 tattoo free” into my lips. As a result, whole my lip line turned into fibrous scar tissue which limit my motions and I can’t smile. After this Kathleen Nelson RN ran away and Dr Sutkin said he has nothing to do with this issue. They also stole my medical record and never reveled what was done to me. Nobody apologize or take responsibility for what has happened.Dr Sutkin lied to me about how serious my injury was and provided cover up for his nurse. Be aware if something goes wrong expect nothing but lies, ignorance and cover up.

I have been a patient of Dr Sutkin s for the past 5 years and have had a few procedures done in both his office and surgical center. I can say, in all cases ,he has met and exceeded my expectations. Currently i have an appointment with him for a minor cosmetic procedure . Knowing his experience guided by his conscientious nature i am confident of the results to follow. Therefore leaving him this 5 star review was as easy as making the appointment for my upcoming procedure....!

I met Dr. Howard Sutkin in the year 2012. I came in for a consult for a deflated breast implant, ( breast cancer survivor). I was already told by another plastic surgeon ( Valley Medical), that I should lose some weight prior to having the procedure. I was surprised by his opinion. He did not tell me that I had to lose weight . Not once did I feel uncomfortable by this physician, unlike the other one at Valley Med. I ended up losing insurance around June 2012, and never proceeded with the procedure anyway. Years later, I came back to see Dr. Sutkin, had the procedure done. I am going to estimate the year 2015. I have been his patient since then.I have no problems with the office, nor Dr. Sutkin. As a matter of fact, it was Dr. Sutkin who realized what happened, rather or answered my question as to why my implant deflated in the first place. It had something to do with my sternal clips during my open heart surgery. Consequently, at the time, it was necessary to have my sternal clips removed at one point , prior to having my implant surgery, otherwise , they would only deflate again. That was very important to me at the time, otherwise, I would have never known why this ever happened in the first place..Dr. Sutkin will even ask you, especially, since this is your breast here that we are talking about, what size that you want. Believe me! I did not feel uncomfortable! Post ops, are mandatory, of course.He has two offices for your convenience. One in San Jose , one in Los Gatos. Staff is very friendly.

His nurse Kathleen Nelson RN performed this brutal procedure on my face and left with permanent injury. It turned out they were using non FDA approved chemical remover, produced in South Africa which should never be used on the face and which she injected into my lips. Dr Sutkin was lying to me, provided cover up for this issue and denied to take any responsibility and his RN suddenly disappeared from the office. They also denied to provide my medical record on what was done to me. Be aware Dr Sutkin and his staff are nice to you only when they want your money or lure you for the procedure. I have experienced lies, ignorance, and coverup from Sutkin and his staff.
