I really needed some medical attention & Banner was able to schedule me right away on a Saturday morning. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, compassionate and helpful. I was done quickly and left feeling much better, with another appointment scheduled for next week. I think the best thing about Banner so far is just being able to reach live local human beings for help. Some of the paperwork is digital, which is great, but being able to reach a human who can answer questions & point you in the right direction is even better. I'm so tired of "Press 2 for..." with no chance of reaching anybody helpful! I really hope Banner keeps all their wonderful human staff!

Took my 8 month-old to get checked for fever and rash late on a Sunday evening. Paperwork was quick and we were seen immediately. Very happy with how fast it went, though it wasn't at all busy so I'm sure that makes a difference.

Staff today was excellent. Thank you to girl @ front desk and staff in back - Iris, Sheena and Laney. Whole experience great - received great care and everyone was professional and knowledgeable.

Took my wife there to see if she has covid and see PA. I waited in car, my wife was taken to patient room and male associate took a nasal swap and told my wife that was it, when my wife asked when she would get the results she was told y the associate we'll get them when we get them. She didn't even see the PA. I went in to talk to the receptionist for clarification....the reception area was empty and my car was only one in parking lot, so not like it was crowded The receptionist was super nice and helpful and explained the swap gets sent to a lab and results are sent back the next day. At that point, the patient will get a call from banner once results are in, could be am or pm I feel if a patient pays any money at an urgent care, that entitles that patient to discuss their situation with the PA NOTE Alliance Urgent Care in QC will do the swap, provide the results, and see the PA in 30 minutes
