There is one reason I gave this program 5 stars. Because I can't give it the ten it deserves. I am extremely happy with my results of the program. When I started in August 2019, I weighed 433.2 lbs. In 13 months I lost 218.4 lbs. I am now half the man I used to be and in the best health of my life. The coaching and support of the staff is the part of the program I liked the best. Samantha, my coach, was as excited if not more so than I was every time I met a new milestone. The encouragement that I received really helped with my motivation to keep going. I can't thank them enough.

I have struggled with my weight since I was a young girl and have tried almost every diet on the market at one time or another. Now that I am middle-aged, I wanted help from a program that would genuinely assist and teach me to change my eating habits for good, along with helping to address the reasons of WHY I overeat. I have found that at 30/10 Weight Loss for Life. Not only is this the most solid and realistic program I have participated in, they also help to address the "whys" and teach one how to deal with these issues to bring lasting change. There are lots of delicious recipes to try (I'm never bored with a meal!), one-on-one weekly coaching, cooking demos, a motivational/meditation app, exercise counsel, and more. Most importantly I'm changing life-long habitual poor habits into healthy ones and obtaining incredible results! The only regret I have is that I waited so long to contact them. I participate in-person at the Scottsdale, AZ location; however, they have several locations and you can even participate through an online program if that suits your lifestyle better. I highly recommend this program to anyone who struggles with their weight!
