Update to my previous submission. The dentist who did my crown is no longer at Advanced Dentistry. Dr. Farrell made things right and did a great job repairing the previous work---very patient, professional, thorough, and courteous. KUDOS and thanks. I give Dr. Farrell and his assistant 5 stars. Unfortunately, I can only give 4 stars to the dentistry because of the front desk person who originally handled my inquiry was very dismissive and never sought to seek, or even entertain the possibility of, a resolution. We could have avoided a lot of heartburn and run around if it would have been handled differently.

I got a crown at advanced dentistry 2 years ago. It crumbled two days ago....even though I don't even chew on that side. They said they only cover crowns for 12 months and offered no resolution. The standard warranty from a reputable dentist is 2-5 years warranty. My other crown, which was done by another dental office came with a 5 year warranty and has lasted over 15 years. Find a more legitimate dental office that stands by their work.

The staff is wonderful! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted curtiously and my needs were listned to. The Dr acted quickly on what was nèeded to take care of my Dental situation. I would defently recommend Advanced Dentistry .

I had them drill a tooth and put on a crown. The tooth did not fit correctly and I had them try to adjust it several times. They could never get it to fit, so I got a second opinion. The second doctor identified an open margin that was never ccorrected, even after seeing the doctor several times. They gave me a refund, but I now have TMJ due to the time I had the bad crown. I would not recommend them after my experience.

I went to Arizona for a short trip and upon arriving I had a tooth break. I was of course panicked and began to call several offices in need of help. This dentistry went above and beyond to get my smile back to normal in time for a very important dinner. Stephanie at the front desk got back to me and was able to set me up a same day appointment. Doctor was able to create a special formula in house to create a tooth that matched my teeth color and gave my smile back its confidence. I felt so cared for and they did such a thorough job from start to finish. I was a cash paying customer and they helped me by making it easy and affordable. I couldn’t have been more grateful than I was for the level of care and just extraordinary customer service and supportive nature from everyone in this office. Thank you again.

Stephanie is horrible and does not know what she is doing. Saw her being extremely disrespectful and yelling at a patient. The quality of this place has gone downhill. Do not go here!!
