Dr. Silverman is the absolute best! She cares, takes her time, and explains her thinking and action plan. Even when I had a flare-up, I called the office, and she was able to make time for me in her schedule. The medical assistants and the front office girls are excellent. Unfortunately, I have needed a lot from them, including copies of records and special requests to be taken care of to give to the VA Hospital, and they always have been on top of everything I need. Thank you for your support and help!

Went in recently for a test, paid the copay at time of appt. Now, 2 months later i am getting billed for copay again, have attempted to call on several occasions and placed on hold for over an hour. Attempts to use the "call me back" feature do not result in a call back. Furthermore, i have not even recieved the results of the test. I fear that if i do not make this payment again, they will send me to collections as heard in others reviews. Questionable and not very comforting from a medical provider. ....

I feel scammed. I was there for a free screening (Melanoma Monday), and they charged me. Trying to call them to solve this, and they just don't care. This is not the first time I had problems with them regarding billing. SCAMMERS, just run!

Worst customer service ever in Parker. Had to walk out. Tamara told me she hates her job and just doesn't care. She kept arguing with me about my insurance. I asked to speak to a manager and she said THERE IS NO MANAGER. I finally had to get my cards from her and leave because she caused my blood pressure to go through the roof! Very rude - very nasty!
