List of Affiliated Dermatology-Old Town's Reviews
Very professional and courteous.
TERRIBLE service and OVERCHARGED for routine exam. They will up-code you. Please do not go here. I had 3 spots on my back to go to the lab. Two weeks later, I got a bogus $2500 bill that was illegible and encoded to over-charge me for my office bill and insurance. Due to their improper encoding and terrible customer service, insurance did not cover the full routine exam. I go to the dermatologist regularly and I never pay for routine exams. I called the billing department and they said there is nothing they can do and didn't even know how to explain the line items on my bill. To make matters worse, Affiliated Dermatology Old Town called me 90 days after the exam (I was told 10 days) and said the cells were precancerous. Wouldn't you want to share this information immediately with a client? I have a hard time believing anything they say and I will be looking for a different dermatologist. Please do not go here! UPDATE: The billing office refused to do a coding review with my insurance and they left me no choice but to pursue legal action. For your own good, please stay away from this provider. I went to another dermatologist for a second opinion and he said he does not trust the lab they use. On a side note, highly recommend Dr. Giancola at US Dermatology partners- he charged me $20 for the same procedure. We sent my slides to a new lab and they confirmed that the moles were only mild and I did not have them removed. I'm so glad I didn't let Affiliated Dermatology cut me open to only charge me more!

Had a bad experience. Went in for a simple procedure and ended up getting billed twice. Nothing I could really do to dispute the charge. I would look elsewhere if possible

Love walking into and being greeted with a smile even though we have masked on. I thank your kindness it makes us patients feel comfortable.
If I could give them less than one star I would. If you want permanent scarring, huge blisters due to excessive use of liquid nitrogen along with being overcharged and having $350 of your money held for a year. This is the place for you. The absolute worst outfit I have ever seen with the exception of one doctor.I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
Fantastic service level! Very professional provider who was thorough and took time to answer questions.
This was the worst follow up I've ever had from a physician or their office. I made an appointment at this location because they were the only office in the affiliated dermatology network with availability less than 4-6 weeks away - which btw now I know why. I did not see the dr I made an appt with but rather a Pa. Fine. She did an ok job during the appointment, nothing to write home about but nothing to complain about. I noted a specific new spot that was causing me a lot of concern and was the reason I'd made the appointment with such urgency. She took biopsies and said 5-7 days for results. I told her I was very nervous and asked if they could be expedited at all even for a fee and she said no. Fine. Fast forward 3 days later Sonoran quest notifies me I have new lab results. I read them and cannot understand them. Thank goodness they're here fast my doctors office will call to review within a few days. Not. 5 days, 7 days, 11 days - I call them. Oh suddenly it's 7-10 days for results so they'll get back to me but they'll put them in my portal within an hour. Provided her feedback to pass to her supervisor that this is very poor management and not acceptable. Supervisor called back same day. 4 days later still no results. Speak with supervisor who tells me oh no it's 10-14 days for results from when we get them from the lab. Are you kidding!? Their practice is they'd prefer you google your results to interpret them yourself when you're worried you might have a serious medical condition. I will never return to this office and potentially the practice. What a joke. They do not care about patients, as long as you have insurance they can promptly bill they're just fine not keeping your appointment with who you made it with and never giving your results even when you already have them and just don't know how to interpret them because you didn't go to medical school!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
