List of Affiliated Dermatology-Scottsdale's Reviews
Girl at front desk said my insurance was inactive...we were politely arguing...so I went to the Osborn location and they said everything was fine....north scottsdale location [front desk] is ignorant and lazy....I will not be back.
Affiliated Dermatology is a great place for any skin issues. Front desk lady very nice and outgoing. Wait times weren't too long. Easy to make appointments online. All in all a great experience.
Sara Hartman is amazing, with a very kind and personable bedside manner. I appreciate her walking me thru this procedure with infinite patience. All of her assistants were wonderful as well. Thank you for easing my anxiety!!
TERRIBLE service and OVERCHARGED for routine exam. They will up-code you. Please do not go here. I had 3 spots on my back to go to the lab. Two weeks later, I got a bogus $2500 bill that was illegible and encoded to over-charge me for my office bill and insurance. Due to their improper encoding and terrible customer service, insurance did not cover the full routine exam. I go to the dermatologist regularly and I never pay for routine exams. I called the billing department and they said there is nothing they can do and didn't even know how to explain the line items on my bill. To make matters worse, Affiliated Dermatology Old Town called me 90 days after the exam (I was told 10 days) and said the cells were precancerous. Wouldn't you want to share this information immediately with a client? I have a hard time believing anything they say and I will be looking for a different dermatologist. Please do not go here! UPDATE: The billing office refused to do a coding review with my insurance and they left me no choice but to pursue legal action. For your own good, please stay away from this provider. I went to another dermatologist for a second opinion and he said he does not trust the lab they use. On a side note, highly recommend Dr. Giancola at US Dermatology partners- he charged me $20 for the same procedure. We sent my slides to a new lab and they confirmed that the moles were only mild and I did not have them removed. I'm so glad I didn't let Affiliated Dermatology cut me open to only charge me more!
Stay away! This place is dirty with their billing practices. Bill for higher serves than provided. Require follow up visits when unnecessary. Do yourself a favor and go find an ethical place for your skin care.

Kathrina Ridley was absolutely wonderful in explaining my options and helping me decide on the best treatment. I had three spots on my face removed via liquid nitrogen and they were completely healed in less than one week.
Mrs vanessa william is the best forex trader and I highly recommend her because her winning rate is 100% guaranteed $11,683 weekly profits with a $1000 capital. I trust and believe in her trading skills in forex and crypto trading. Contact her Email: vanessawilliam353@gmail.com WhatsApp: +1 (336) 612-4060
This has been my dermatologist over the last several years. I called to make an appointment due to sometype of allergy and facial skin issue, I was not able to make appointment because I was not vaccinated. Nevermind that you WERE my dermatologist and I have history here and I was having an urgent issue. I agree with the recent posts and low scores.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
