List of Alejandro Morales's Reviews
Dr. Morales has given my husband exceptional care. He has improved all of my husband’s post transplant lab numbers with medication changes and adjustments. We have always felt Dr. Morales cares about his patients. I must add I find the negative reviews regarding the office staff and Dr. Morales are not anything we have ever experienced and my husband has been his patient for 3 years. We highly recommend Dr. Morales.
My husband is a patient of Dr Morales and he has saved his life. He is brilliant and very kind and my husband went from 8 surgeries in one year to none in three years after he was referred to Dr Morales. There is no way to say enough good about him. .
He is the most despicable doctor one could ever meet. A misogynist. Hates women. Dehumanizing. Cannot speak with family members. A bully. Denies patient care. Would rather see his patients die. Unethical. A bottom feeder. Needs medical license revoked. He works in unsafe and unsanitary conditions. He was the doctor in charge at a dialysis clinic which was shut down because of poor conditions and absolutely terrifying abusive patient care. Multiple issues with elder abuse. Morales needs to find a new profession. He should never practice medicine. Beware of his staff and any affiliations. PATIENTS BEWARE. STAY SO FAR AWAY FROM THIS DESPICABLE HUMAN.
I love this doctor with all of my heart. I didn’t meet Dr. Morales until after I had my transplant. He was one of the physicians I saw for checkups at Mayo for the first four months afterwards. Immediately I noticed that he paid attention to me. He trusted me with my body and I wasn’t just a number I was a real person. When my doctor retired a year after my transplant he knew how much I liked Dr. Morales and he referred me to him. I have recently had a few setbacks and he was on vacation during some of that and I got a taste of how it is without him and I have never been so unhappy. This is a Doctor Who literally listens to every word you say and doesn’t think just because you’re not a doctor you don’t know how you feel. He doesn’t scare you he looks on the bright side, he works with you, he asks questions, he remembers your family. He actually cares. I also simply adore his sense of humor. He’s a real person. Not just a mystery doctor person. I laugh with him I laugh after I’ve left his office remembering the things that he said. I feel very blessed and very fortunate to have him and will never take that for granted.
Finally a doctor who is more concerned about giving me specifics to prevent kidney stones and not evading my questions because they'd rather keep scheduling surgeries to remove new stones. Dr. Morales was very thorough in looking at my specifics with past tests and stones. Previous Dr. did not order what he should have to determine plan nor would he answer anything having to do with prevention. In 20 or so minutes with Dr. Morales I felt like I had a prevention plan.
He was texting someone swinging his legs back and forth, sitting on top of his desk as I was there for a visit they made me book to get a refill of a life long medicine I was one. He never looked me in the eyes and then said why are you here, like he was annoyed. The only time he looked at me was to tell me he wants me on valley fever medicine the rest of my life just in case I ever get it. I have seen many doctors in my life and by far this one the worst doctor I had. I can go on about my other visit with him but he was just as rude. After two or three visits with him I never went back.
Found this doctor to be so very thorough, explaining everything he knew about my past medical history and current situation. This was my first visit to this office. His staff were exemplary, and highly efficient. His exam was thorough. Daughter came with me in case I did not understand medical terms, but everything was clear cut and precise. I would certainly recommend this doctor to any female patient. Full marks.....
Terrible doctor. No one even took my blood pressure at this appt. The doctor is just vicious. I don't believe he should be working with women, as a number of the things he said to me were deeply misogynistic. I was weeping after the 6mins he talked to me, again, with no exam of any kind. He stated to me, " Oh, tears. My office staff call me "The Onion" because I make all the patients cry." Then he chuckled. This man's staff has an actual nickname for him because of his sadistic tendencies. STEER CLEAR, Ladies!!
I believe the assessment of the five star reviewer to be ridiculous and possibly insincere. This man, after spending 6 mins with me where he, nor anyone else in his office so much as took my blood pressure, proceeded to shame me to tears, brutally. While I was sobbing, he got a sympathetic, but dismissive look on his face and then said, and this is a direct quote: Oh, my staff calls me "The Onion" because I make all the women cry." At that point I just got up and left. That five star review smacks of someone trying to offset that 2 star review. Alejandro Morales is so cruel to his female patients that he fully admits his staff have a nickname describing his sadistic quality. I even filed a formal complaint with the medical board against him. I was so aghast at the things he said to me and how deeply misogynistic his insinuations were. Perhaps he is great with men, but in my opinion, he should not be treating women.
He didn't tell me my diagnosis. Had I known what it was, I could have started treatment and prevented further damage to my kidneys.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
