Negligent, Dirty, and Rude Picture this scenario. Your dentist takes 18 x-rays and send them to you via email. They include someone elses x-rays in the file with significant work needed. My new dentist luckily caught this error Alex Martin's office made. When I ask the front desk, she says it's called an accident. Have you ever heard of it? Then starts quoting Sesame Street. Dumfounded by the arrogance of this incompetence. I would never trust this office to get work done. Imagine getting real work done here? Scary! Rude staff, and dirty chairs to sit in. AVOID AT ALL COST! This place's rating is not reflective of what you will receive at this office.

The staff members were friendly and I received one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Dr Martin showed me the two teeth that need some repair, but no urgency. I’m definitely going back because it’s a smaller office and I felt so comfortable there. No pushy sales tactics.

Dr Alex Martin was very accommodating with my medical emergency that I encountered earlier this week. My 50 minute drive paid off as they were able to see me on an emergency basis as my veneer fell off into my cereal. I appreciate his efforts and that of his staff as they were able to fit me in. A big thank you to all!

I gave 5 Stars because 6 wasn’t an option! Excellent across the board! I REALLY appreciate that “Dr. Al” is a down to earth human being who treats you like family. The staff was friendly and super laid back and fun. Going to the dentist can be a drag but I assure you regardless of your situation you’ll be treated with respect & dignity by everyone at Alex Martin DDS! Seriously my teeth have issues from years of a drug addiction in my youth. And NOT only was I treated like a human being but Dr. Martin has my teeth & gums back in the road to recovery! If you’re sick of Doctors & Dentists with arrogant attitudes that treat you like cattle, this is your new Dentist!

The crown procedure was performed flawlessly by Dr. Martin and his attending staff. One tooth required excavating in a tight spot close to the nerve. Due to shoulder cramping, I felt need to reposition in the chair. It was done without hesitation or disruption of the work. My comfort was a top priority.

Dr. Martin and his staff were outstanding. I was able to get in with an appointment right away. I was greeted with friendly reception and excellent treatment by Dr. Martin. I highly recommend. My dental problem was treated and within a day I felt so much better. A wonderful experience.

As a newcomer to Arizona, I was fortunate to be referred to Dr. Martin's office. From the moment I spoke with the incredibly personable Cheryl to schedule my appointment, I felt instantly welcomed and actually looked forward to my visit – a rarity for someone with dental anxiety! The friendly greetings from Cheryl and Samantha upon arrival were wonderful, and my hygienist, Jenny, was truly excellent – gentle yet thorough, and her clear explanations helped alleviate any anxiety. Dr. Alex Martin has a wonderfully calming demeanor and excellent chairside manner, which further enhanced my comfort and confidence in their care. Dr. Martin's entire team works together seamlessly to provide an exceptional experience. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

So…..My long time and loved dentist retired recently and I didn’t think I would ever find another dental office that I would feel the same with…….well at Dr. Alex Martin’s and entire staff I’ve FOUND A HOME. I feel so comfortable I was falling asleep while having crown work done. And they love talking about DOGS my favorite subject.

Kind, helpful staff. Dr Martin is excellent, no pain!
