I was referred to this business earlier this year by my PCP and am very satisfied with the services received. My dietician has continuously supported me for the past year and I am very grateful to have Brittany Zaharopoulos discuss healthy meal plans with me. I am also grateful for this as I was also motivated to add exercise to my healthy habits. Many thanks again.

The doctor gave a meal plate portion diagram. Checked my weight and that was the basis of the appointment. I never was recommended checking my vitamin intake levels never recommended doing bloodwork to check my iron levels hormones
