I have very complicated and rare neurological conditions. Dr. Starling has never been dismissive of my symptoms or concerns, but has worked to find solutions. She is compassionate, knowledgeable, always inspires me to hope and has never given up on me in 8 years.

Both Dr. Starling and the Mayo Clinic at which she works are top-notch in my limited experience. The staff is professional and efficient, the facilities are luxurious, the cost is reasonable (relative to the extreme unreasonableness of healthcare in general), and the 'user experience' has exceeded any other I've had. I've only had one appointment w/ Dr. Starling thus far, but my impression from our first meeting was very favorable. She actually TOOK TIME with me!!! She asked me numerous questions, and encouraged me to talk at length regarding my ailments. I can't remember the last time I left a doctors office feeling I had the opportunity to fully explain my symptoms. By the end of my first appointment she had laid out a comprehensive plan to fur ther investigate my issues and start seeking solutions - a plan I feel confident in. Based on what I know thus far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dr. Starling. I've seen ALOT of doctors over the past 5 years, and she's one of the very few who I actually believe have both the talent and personality necessary to diagnose and treat 'difficult' health issues.
