Christine is a very knowledgeable food coach that always has alternative food options that always is savory and healthy conscious in making healthy meals that are savory and fulfilling. Working with Christine Babey, the nutritionist, is absolutely great. In addition using Cronometer has given me the best results in lowering diabetes. With Christine’s guidance in nutrition and Cronometer daily report of calories, protein, fat, carbs and sodium has been the keys to my success.

After a failed nutritionist experience I started at Anderson’s Nutrition with Samantha Zubek and she is fantastic. Sam is knowledgeable and cares about her clients. She has really helped me meet my nutritional needs with my challenging dietary issues. Sam addresses all my questions. Recently she sent me an article that she read so I would be aware of another issue that could impact me. I would highly recommend Anderson’s Nutrition and Samantha.

I highly recommend Anderson’s Nutrition; specifically my Dietitian Nutritionist, Christine Babey. I’ve struggled with weight loss for years. However, I started meeting with Christine in May, and she formulated a meal plan with logging my food intake and exercise. As a result, I’m now at a weight that I haven’t been in over 30 years. I’m truly amazed how effective Christine’s food plan and exercise have been. If you’ve struggled with weight loss, please reach out to Anderson’s Nutrition. You won’t be disappointed.

Her background in personal training, positive enthusiasm for what she does and creative approach to overall wellness vs hitting a “number on a scale” make her an invaluable part of my health and wellness journey.
