Ann Cheri Foxx's Online Review Report Card

I had the displeasure of observing Dr. Foxx in her practice and was left shocked when I heard her making racist comments after interacting with a foreign dialect she encountered. I'd expect someone with an African-American background would be more cognizant of this type of behavior and how low it is, especially from what is supposed to be a medical professional.

I have lost all confidence in Dr. Foxx as I went through a series of procedures to alleviate my neck pain via a nerve ablation of the neck. This requires 2 separate nerve blocks to identify the specific nerves via a temporary numbing agent. The first go around she tried steroids which had no affect. The second try (months later) did alleviate my pain identifying those nerves for permanent ablation. These are painful as a large needle is injected between the vertebrae and into surrounding area. However, if the end result was to be no pain then it would be worth it. I planned everything so that I would get this done' the first of January. I received a call a week prior that they couldn't do surgery that day as Dr. Foxx had a conference. In the end it delayed my procedure until March. There was no pre-surgery prep nor post surgery follow-up from Dr. Foxx nor her office staff. I cannot get anyone on the phone and they missed a schedule video call today. No way to run a practice.

Have suffered with severe headaches and neck pain since 1988 have seen to many Dr's so many have lost count and had most of the pain relief procedures available with no relief from the chronic pain in my shoulders to the most severe headaches. Have had most likely all of the pain relief medication available with little to no relief from pain and headaches. Until I was very lucky to find Dr. Leach about 3 yr's ago talked extensively with her my past experiences with dr's, medications taken and all the multiple procedures I have had. Dr. Leach said she could help me with the headaches with a very simple procedure that took less than 5 minutes, by having the procedure twice a week for six weeks, could start feeling the relief from my headaches after just the second treatment started getting relief from the headaches, was free for a year, then as told prior to the first procedures needed to go back and redo the six procedures and again enjoying life headache free and has been a year since the second procedure. I can't say enough about Dr. Leach she listens to you and is completely up front with you on whether she can get you pain free or at the least get you to a point to where she can at least keep you in a comfortable situation and not have the constant severe pain like I experienced since 1988. There is little more that I can say about Dr. Leach, she is out standing. No matter how busy she is or may have possibly a little longer wait time helping while she helps another patient, she will afford you the same courteously, she doesn't watch the clock to hurry and get patients in and out, your time will be your time. Very happy and lucky to have found Dr. Leach.

As a person, as a doctor, as a human being. Dr. Fox takes the time to talk,with you to understand what you are going through, and treat you. Dr. Fox treats you as person not as a number or a statistic unlike the doctors and nurses that are treating me now, that are threatening me to go for an "inpatient treatment or find another doctor " knowing that I can't take the treatment because of my high blood pressure. 2 plus years under Dr. Foxx's supervision We were able to see our life changing for the best. Thank you

I love Dr. Foxx. I miss her so much after she's moved from our area.

I like her. Can't say that about some docs.She's like a little sister who watches out for her brother! She shoots it straight with a smile. Extremely intelligent.

She is defensive and profoundly unhelpful.

Very unprofessional doctor. Lied to me about my UA test results on 12/30/15 and then discharged me as patient through her staff instead of any attempts to mitigate the issues and this was after two years as patient with continually clean urine testing. Said I used unauthorized meds on discharge from surgery even though I documented those meds to her through email sent to Pain Center triage. Would not recommend this doctor for any reason.

This doctor is very friendly and listens to what I have to say about my pain.I would recommend her to my friends and family at any requests for a pain Dr,I am very lucky patient to have her as my Dr , I hope the pain center knows how lucky they are to have a Dr such as her .
