Az Oral Health Center's Online Review Report Card

BAIT AND SWITCH. I guess changing their name didn't change their shady billing practices. How was I just charged $450 dollars because my insurance deemed a procedure they did unnecessary? Silence. Why was I not told this at the time of service and why wasn't it verified before hand? CRICKETS. A cow chewing their cud had more life behind their eyes. "Ma'am you signed the release that says its an estimate". Fine. Take my payment and know that THE ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD will know you robbed yet another local family.

Not good, taking advantage of people. The dentist that works there. It's, it's, it's, you know, the owner is a nice person, but people who work there are not right. They give you wrong information. For 6 months, they still haven't done what they were supposed to do for me. And they charge me, and the owner. Tells me to take it up with the dentist. The dentist who works underneath his roof to meet the dentist outside and let him pay for out of the pocket cause every time I went there. All that dentist did just wanted to take pictures of my mouth. My teeth all the time, and they've done that several times so the last time I went in there. There's no use for you to do that because you've already have what you needed to make the partial. And he decided to do a partial for me that you could buy online for a $150. And they tried to charge well, they did charge me 1500. And they said, I owe a balance of 1200 for something that was never done. They never finished the work. So be aware at 1 time. They want to charge me $12000 for something M. D Anderson told them that I couldn't have done so be careful. Always get a second or third opinion cuz.I showed them.I matched up my x raids with his and I showed him exactly what I wanted that I had done before, and then he told me that he couldn't do that.After I paid because he said it only lasts two or three weeks.And that's a lie that is a lie.There's no partial last is 23 weeks.They see an older person, and they think they could take advantage of them.And if you need proof I'll say I'll send you pictures

This office misaligned my smile with a veneer and then dismissed me when I raised concerns. My teeth were aligned before the procedure and visibly misaligned afterward. Rather than take responsibility, they hid behind calling the veneer "clinically sound" while ignoring the actual result. I now need orthodontic treatment to correct an issue that did not exist before their work. I trusted this office with permanent cosmetic work. The result and the response afterward were both unacceptable. I strongly urge anyone considering dental treatment here to reconsider, especially cosmetic work.

Had a great experience here recently. The dentist was careful and quick. I took a year or two off from cleanings because the last two offices I've been to were so rough and careless that I was in major pain and bleeding for days afterwards. This place was a walk in the park. Prices were very reasonable, and the staff was very friendly

Outside of getting an extraction of a tooth is no fun but my last appointment Monday and anytime I go in everyone is nice, they communicate thoroughly on treatments and procedures or what’s to come next. I forget my dentists name and the dentist that helps me but they are also so inviting and nice!!! Keep it up AZ Oral health I appreciate you!!

After being.with my past Dentist for many years I have started with Az Oral Health. I was more than happy with everyone!! The on time appointment, evaluation of my oral needs was an excellent evaluation and staffing was wonderful! I look forward to my next Chapter with Az. Oral Health Center.

Dr Cullinan is absolutely fantastic. He is clearly well educated and very friendly. Theresa, and the rest of the support staff, was absolutely incredible. Would 10/10 recommend this place for anybody needing dental care in the area

The whole team here at AZ Oral Health was fantastic. Carmen specifically helped out a ton in explaining how my insurance worked and also helping me to find the best oral surgeon around that fit my needs. Whatever she’s paid it’s not enough!

I can not recommend Arizona Oral Health enough. My son had severe trauma to his front teeth, my daughter took my son John to Arizona oral health. Due to their expertise and care, we were able to save my 19 yr old sons front teeth, he had severe trauma to his mouth and due to their expertise and care, this group gave my son, we were able to save his teeth. This group treated my daughter and son like they are family! I am beyond grateful for everything they did to help my son, Dr. Ryan Cullins, assistance Iliana, and Carmen, the office manager are absolutely that best people.
