I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Neil Thakkar and his team. From my very first visit, the office staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Every appointment was right on time..I never had to sit and wait, which is almost unheard of these days. Dr. Thakkar has truly exceptional bedside manner. He took the time to walk me through every option for my lower back pain, which comes from multiple bulging discs, and he made sure I fully understood each choice. What I appreciated most was that he never pushed one approach over another .. he simply educated me, supported my decisions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident the entire way. My lumbar ablation with him was a total game changer, and I can honestly say I won't let anyone else touch my back. He's a fantastic doctor, and I'm incredibly grateful for the care I received. Highly recommend!

Patient and helpful.

Initial visit with the dr was fine but there after it was a horrible experience. Constantly requesting information to be updated and not having it updated. The attitude of that staff reflect the attitude of the office manager Monica. Very rude,unprofessional, very unempathetic and un-sympathetic.Last in office visit of my MRI was met with minimization of my bulged disc, that it wasnt big enough to treat. No alternative medication were offered only opioids were provide and future pain shots for future scheduling. denial of request for anti-inflammatories, No physical therapy referral was provided or given when requested. could barely walk out due to pain and performed my check out in tears, went next door to Abrazo ER, where I was treated with anti-inflammatory medication and ibuprofen. this doesnt even include the miscommunication of prescriptions and having to chase medication whereabouts and the type that was sent out.

My experience constantly having to update my contact details, multiple times, office personnel do not take ownership or accountability. This can be seen in the office manager Monica conduct. Paid 130 to be told nothing could be done and did not care I was walking out in tears, to having to walk out and immediately go to er to get treated. Monica did not listen, interrupted and announced she made the execute decision to terminate relationship after discussing if these were appropriate behaviours

After a very painful fall, I seeked out someone or doctors office to get rid of my back pain. I went to this place, saw a NP and then came back to see the Doctor after he reviewed my MRI to see what the course of action should be taken. Keep in mind, my pain level was 6 to 8. After a couple days, no one contacted me and I could not fully understand what damage was done from the fall. I call them and ask for someone to respond, and no one did. Now 5 weeks later, still not one has contacted me so I went somewhere else and got instant treatment. I suggest you NEVER go to this place if you really want ANY help.

this place doesn't even deserve a review. just don't go there. ever. seriously

Everyone was really nice

My first visit was priceless. Office staff friendly and helpful. The medical staff is awesome. They are caring. My Doctor was absolutely amazing at sorting through my leg pain. He explained everything and proposed a plan. He provided an injection and prescription. I felt relief that I was in the right place.

Dr. Sharma is wonderful the staff from the time you come in the door the time you leave the nurse who helps you all sorts of suggestions are made procedures. Everything to be helpful to make you better. Service is excellent. The staff is beyond excellent.

Always great dealing with Dr Sharma and his staff.
