I always feel so cared for here! We’ve been using this office for years and they always take great care of my family & I! I will make the drive passing 3-5 other UC to use this one as the wait time is usually brief *check in online* , staff is always friendly, & (most importantly) it’s very clean!

I went into urgent care last night and the lady Maria at the front desk was turning people away in front of my eyes because she was too lazy to check people in. A lady came in with pain in the back of her neck due to something with her vein. Maria said to her “um we can’t do anything for veins here” the lady was upset and walked out. Another lady came in as I was waiting with flu-like symptoms and told Maria what was wrong and I heard her again say “ok this is urgent care you’re gonna have to go to your primary care for that. Just don’t want you to waste your money.” Like girl, you haven’t even seen these people yet. It’s patient neglect. She initially turned me away as well, told me to go to my primary care. I walked out, got in my car, and was like no I’m in pain, I’m going back in there. Im in the medical field and this woman MARIA IS THE DEFINITION OF PATIENT NEGLECT
