Very Personable, Caring and responsive to patient's questions/issues.

I have been under Dr. Reidy’s care for 11 years. The first 4 years, I lived nearby and the last 7 years, I travel from DC to Scottsdale for my yearly physical. She provides professional no-nonsense care, I have enjoyed the best health under her watch. I have multiple conditions and managing that care requires attentiveness and expertise. Dr. Reidy offers both. She has kept me on a healthier path.

Dr Reidy is very thorough, obviously cares about her patients, responsive to contacts, and is exceptional in the amount of time she spends with her patients. She carefully explains medical issues and follows up on previous treatments.

I have never had a physician who is more genuinely interested in my physical and mental wellness. I view my yearly visits with her as a social pleasure! Dr. Reidy is medically brilliant, always willing to consider my suggestions, preferences and needs, but bases her decisions on her competence combined with my personal requests. Though she will never be bullied, she is always warm and compassionate.

Dr. Reidy is a highly competent, personable internal med physician who will spend as much time with you as needed to ensure your questions are answered. Very efficiently run office where you can come before the visit to get labs drawn so the physician has them for the appointment. Pt portal is great with the ability to email questions to the doctor.

The doctor/patient scheduling, communication, and follow up poor. When I raised this, the doctor's reaction was to penalize me. Messages sent on the Mayo patient portal went unanswered, a phone call to the doctor's nurse was similarly ignored, a phone call to patient relations went unanswered, and when I tried to reach through the appointments desk someone who I should call, they refused to give me the person's name which ultimately did not matter as that person was also unavailable.

took my dear old mother to see this doctor and realized mom was right: she's possibly the smartest MD in arizona. she puts the patient at ease and elicits any complaints effortlessly. she's not like the old jack webb character on 'dragnet' who said "just the facts, mam, just the facts". she talks a lot, but i could see she definitely gets the facts. a real credit to her profession. just meeting her made my day!
