This morning I called to verify my appointment for today at 145P. The appointment was made 5 months ago. A person I spoke to told me it was cancelled. This is the second problem with staff. Last time they gave me the wrong address. I did not cancel the appointment and no notice was given.

Unfortunately, I never was unable to actual meet with Dr. Gburek after waiting 3 months for an appointment for my 92 old father to see him. After paining our co pay and waiting to be called, the office assistant refused to let me join my father, who has mild dementia and difficulty walking, to discuss his medical condition and share other important facts of my father condition. I was told that the office policy without except was only the patient could go in for the appointment. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that she was in a meeting. So, I was forced to cancel the appointment and look for another doctor with office staff that have some consideration for aged patients that need assistance. Extremely disappoint in AZ Urology and would never recommend them to anyone

He performed a cystoscopy procedure while I had an active UTI. I complained that it was really painful and he said the tube had a numbing cream on it. I was not numb and I have never had such a painful procedure...the pain lasted for 2 days with occasional bleeding. I have, in the past, had two prior procedures. Neither one hurt and there surely wasn't any bleeding. His assistant may have been frustrated since he was 2 1/2 hours behind, but, please refrain from taking it out on the patients when you apply Betadine.

Dr. Gburek is the very best physician around. He sees both myself and also my wife for her kidney stones. His practice is very busy, so sometimes you have to wait. But I guarantee Dr. Gburek will give you all the time you need. He even took out my wife's kidney stone at 7PM on a Friday night because she was in terrible pain. Of all my doctors, he is the most caring and compassionate, and he is also very funny. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Dr Gburek is the best specialist ever! He is professional, caring and extremely compassionate. We were very worried about my father and Dr Gburek called us on Saturday to update us on the results of the test taken just the day before. We are very grateful and blessed to be under the care of Dr Gburek — hands down the best in his field!

Well let's just say Dr Gburek is a very good person. I went to another urologist first, and he seemed more interested in addressing my nightly urination than my prostate. Dr Gburek addressed my complaint which was my high PSA, and will address my nightly urination if it starts to bother me. I suspect the other urologist was more interested in his wallet. Dr gburek takes time to listen to my complaints and cares. I would not hesitate to recommended him.
